Built in late 2024, this house is ready to make your summer memorable! The large open floorplan creates plenty of space for everyone but allows interaction throughout the main level. The large sectional in the living room is a great place to hang out and watch TV on the huge flat screen. The kitchen features upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The large kitchen island and dining room table provide ample seating for everyone. There is also a half bath on this floor. Upstairs, you will find another TV viewing area with a large TV and a couch with a queen sleeper. The main bedroom has a king size bed and a large bathroom with an oversized shower.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms both have queen size beds and TV's. The 2nd bathroom features a shower/tub combination. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use and of course free internet.

Bayside is a fantastic community to relax and enjoy your vacation. People love the option of an easy drive to both Assateague and Ocean City beaches. The community has plenty of streets to ride your bike or go for an evening walk. There is even a trail that goes down by the water and to a pier where you can watch the birds and boats out on the water. The older kids will enjoy the opportunity to play tennis and basketball while the younger kids love the playground. The club house has a large outdoor pool and also an indoor pool for when those days get cooler. There is a workout area and also a game room with a pool table. You'll love being close to the outlets for shopping, fantastic golf courses, miniature golf, batting cages, go carts and the adults will love all the great bar restaurant options including a local brewery. There is even an airport close by for those of you looking for an adventurous plane ride or skydiving! You really can't ask for more!

* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit. Violation of smoking policy or age restrictions will result in eviction without refund.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* You can fit 2 regular sized cars in the garage and 2 on the driveway.
* There is a $125.00 resort fee for this Bayside community from May 31st- Labor Day Weekend.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day Weekend until the 3rd Saturday in September. The indoor pool and fitness room is open year-round. (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
