The house was very clean and check-in was smooth. The neighborhood was quiet except for the nearby railroad track and freeway. One annoyance for the master suite was the neighbor who is selling to the west of the property kept lights on outside 24/7 which shone through the bathroom glass wall and then through the glass bathroom door making it difficult to fall asleep. Another annoyance was that even though it has a full kitchen with many useful appliances, I had to purchase many staple items for cooking: cooking oil, garlic powder, ground pepper. We left them there for the next occupants. The spice cabinet has majority of jars that are empty and need a refresh. The dryer needs a lint cleanout as it took multiple cycles to dry clothes. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you have a large family. It is convenient to the Grand Canyon and the railway. Williams is nice to visit and is close to Flagstaff and its attractions. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 62 nights, the house was very well stocked .The Primary bedroom carpet was dirty and stained. The house was overall clean. The location was great. The yard needs work, all high native grasses and weeds.

Extras Appreciated

We appreciated the included extras like q-tips, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and enough toilet paper for our stay. The property was in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a house under construction next door but we never noticed any noise. Maybe it was happening while we were on our adventures.Thank you for a great stay!

A very nice home in a forested neighborhood. Well laid out. Very close to the attractions & very peaceful. We brought our small dog a cairn terrier, and she loved it. If you got to explore a new environment. Very different from the desert. My family took the Williams train ride while my dog & I explored the cool pine forest. It's a great place to enjoy & relax.
