It’s also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and a double-sized sofa sleeper for extra guests. Plus, you can step out onto the private deck, which features a BBQ grill—perfect for those warm summer evenings!
Just off the living area is the gourmet kitchen, a fantastic gathering spot for meals after a day of outdoor fun. It showcases beautiful granite countertops, custom wooden cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and stylish pendant lighting. There’s even a compact breakfast bar that seats three. In the heart of the open space, you’ll find a dining area with a generous table that comfortably seats four, all while offering those lovely mountain views.
The primary bedroom is a cozy retreat with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is just as inviting, featuring a queen bed and a pack-and-play crib with a booster seat tucked away in the closet. The second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway, making it easy for everyone to access.

Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, private deck, ceiling fan in living room and both bedrooms, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, children’s pack-n-play crib, children’s boost seat, private ski locker and fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that there is no air conditioning. This unit is located on the second floor of the building.
Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the outdoor parking lot.
Complex Information: Cozens Pointe offers an ideal location for enjoying the year round outdoor trails for hiking, biking and snowshoeing and within walking distance to downtown Fraser for dining, breweries and distilleries. In the winter months you can go snowtubing at Colorado Adventure Park or a summer rodeo.

House Rules: No pets allowed and smoking is strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet on the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
