Our brand new, massive, resort style pool and hot tub, features 2 waterfalls, a built in Ramada, swim up bar, mini fridge, and 75" TV. The interior is highlighted by a stoned fireplace & stone accents, exposed custom wood beams, high ceilings & 21ft of Glass Doors w/ views to our Resort Style Backyard with sweeping Mountain Views beyond. The absolute perfect place for family desert getaways!

Very simply put, you will all feel like you are in your own private resort. This place is absolutely amazing.

Enjoy views of surrounding mountains from the Master Bedroom with an Eastern King Size bed, Double Vanities, Travertine Shower & Large Closet. Bedroom 2 is a massive 18 x 20 foot room which features a bunk bed with trundle, pull out couch, futon, and boasts 14' Ceilings w/ exposed custom Wood Beams. Bedroom 3 is a second master and has a king bed, walk-in closet, & private bath. Bedrooms 4 & 5 each have queen beds and share a Jack & Jill Bathroom.

Expansive Kitchen includes Large Stone wrapped Island, Stone Range Hood, built in Wine Racks, & walk in Pantry.

Half of our oversized 3 car garage has been converted into a game room featuring arcade games, pop-a-shot, ping pong, and foozball. This home is an traveler's Paradise with our resort style pool, hot tub, swim up bar with bult in TV, mini fridge, expansive Paved Patio, Built-in custom BBQ area w/ wood burning Fireplace, a round gas Fire Pit with built in seating. Front paved Courtyard & Back Patio provide perfect areas to soak in Amazing Views & Arizona's Majestic Sunrises & Sunsets. Lots of space for parking Trailers/Toys.

The Pool:
- Has self cleaning abilities but debris does fly in at times. We have a pool cleaner that services our pool every Friday. Between cleanings, a pole skimmer / net is available as well.
- We offer to heat the pool for $50 a day for those who want a heated pool
- The hot tub is always heated at no charge
- There are 2 waterfalls, one from the ramada behind the swim up bar, and the other is a spillway from below the hot tub to the pool
- Has lights as well for nightime.

Great location w/ 12 min. drive to Verde River Recreation area, golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. Troon North is 5 minutes away and 20 minutes from TPC Scottsdale where the Waste Management Open is played. Perfect property for outdoor enthusiasts-Bike, Hike & Horseback ride straight from your back yard to 265+ miles of trails in the McDowell Mountain Regional Park & Scottsdale McDowell Sonoran Preserve.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
