This BRAND NEW 4,000 sq ft custom luxury home is located on 2+ acres in the Verde Foothills of Northeast Scottsdale, ½ mile from Tonto National Forrest. The serene setting is breathtaking and perfect for incredible biking, hiking and horseback riding trails. Enjoy a peaceful, private setting with incredible views and still maintain a close proximity to shopping and some of the best golfing Scottsdale has to offer.

This was a great house to relax and enjoy. The patio with a beautiful view of the mountains and sunrises was amazing. The only drawback is how far out it is from everything as far as going to dinner or getting groceries.

We are a picky family and generally can find two or three things that just aren't as described or simply not up to par. But not with this place! We had no complaints at all!THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT!The house was spotless, both inside and out. We had all of the little things (plates, cookware, etc.) that we needed to cook for the week. The location was private, quiet, and beautiful. The house is spacious, and my family of four had WAY more than enough room.If you want to not be bothered for the duration of your vacation, I highly recommend this property. The Rio Verde area is indeed a bit remote (this is a good thing!), but you can still get to restaurants/grocery store in 20 minutes or so. Communication with property owners was fantastic and friendly. Chad walked me through heating the pool/spa and made sure that all questions were answered.Thanks so much for maintaining such a fantastic home! I whole-heartedly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful!

We had a week-long trip with three generations and this home is a 10/10! We take a trip like this every year and it’s always in a different location, but we’re now thinking we may come back to this special home. The home lay-out is perfect, it’s incredibly well stocked with kitchen items and the game room that opens to the pool area was all of our favorite. The location is a bit remote, but the home is so great, it doesn’t even matter.

Stunning Home

Home was gorgeous. Wanted a place where we could go as a family and our adult kids and each bring a friend. It was perfect. Huge house, great outdoor setup for entertainment with game room with retractable windows. Had a nice relaxing vacation with our kids plus two bonus kids. Would highly recommend and would love to rent it again. A little far out but it was perfect not being on top of anyone. Hosts were very responsive and great communication. A rating!

Great family get away

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! It was exactly as described in the listing and more than met our expectations. The home was well appointed and very clean. For a family vacation with "adult children" this was the perfect home. The communication process before during and after the stay was superb. The house is out of town and very private without feeling like you are too far from amenities such as the store. I would recommend the property to friends and family and would most definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home! Our extended family was visiting Scottsdale and looking for a larger home with 4 bedrooms and 4+ bathrooms. This fit the bill perfectly! We loved the recreation room, the pool and hot tub, and the large family area with big screen TV. It worked great to play games, watch football, and cook some fabulous meals in the large kitchen. We loved the beautiful views!

Gorgeous property!

Our group of 8 stayed at the property for a week over Christmas. The house is very spacious and provided plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The views from the property are amazing and the house is stocked with everything you might need. We had an issue with the pool heater that the owner resolved asap. Communication was quick and very friendly. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Teriffic House

While easy to find, this property is a bit out of the way. However, a little extra time to get there is well worth it. Between the kiva, outdoor kitchen, pool, hot tub, bar that opens to outdoors and outdoor fire features, this house is plenty nice to be a destination. Owner is very friendly and helpful. We will definately be back!

Seclusion but not Boredom

This was the most perfect little quarantine getaway. The property was very secluded, but not terribly difficult to get to (we could still have pizza and some baby supplies delivered with no issues). The house was incredibly well equipped and left us wanting for nothing. The game room was a great way to kill some time when we all were sun and water logged. The host was easy to get a hold of and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay and hope we can return someday soon!

Hidden Gem on the outskirts of Scottsdale

My family and I absolutely loved this home! It was one of the cleanest VRBO's we have ever stayed at. It was comfortable and provided everything we needed for our 5 night stay. My 2 young boys especially loved this home. From the wildlife we saw everyday, the pool, and game room..it really was a huge hit! All the bedrooms were great with comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. The Master Suite is to die for! The backyard was perfect for entertaining and we especially loved being able to play music throughout the home. While the home is off a dirt road, it is still close enough to the Baseball Spring Training and Golf. We will definitely be coming back!
