Experience a quiet, self-contained "Whole Home" stay in this modern Studio Suite. Designed for independent travelers who value privacy and security, this residence is located on a multi-unit lot but functions as an entirely separate dwelling with a dedicated exterior entrance and an independent keyless entry system.

The Space:
The suite is 100% private and features everything required for a comfortable, unhosted stay:

Private Bathroom: A full, modern bathroom located inside the suite for exclusive guest use.

Dining Station: Equipped with a private mini-fridge and microwave for light meals and refreshments.

Work & Rest: Includes a queen-sized bed, a dedicated desk for remote work, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Property Layout & Privacy:
The property consists of two separate units on one lot. While the structures share a common wall, the design ensures total independence:

Exclusive Interior: The suite is 100% private. There is no interior connection to the adjacent unit, ensuring no other guests or hosts have access to the space.

Shared Outdoor Patio: The outdoor patio area is the only shared amenity on the lot, offering a spot for fresh air while respecting the privacy of neighboring guests.

Parking & Access:

On-Site Parking: A shared parking lot is available on the property. Availability of the lot parking should be confirmed with the host prior to arrival.

Alternative Parking: If the on-site lot is occupied by the other unit, convenient street parking is available in close proximity to the lot.

HRoom was quite and comfortable. Host was friendly and helped us with request for extra blanket and paper towels. When we arrived we found TV would not turn on. While were out visiting family host purchased a new TV, hung it on wall and set it up for streaming.

Amazing for this price will be back!

This was EXACTLY what we needed. A small comfortable place to stay the night! We were just in town for the night, so we really just needed somewhere to get ready and sleep. The passcode was wrong when we tried to get in and I was initially worried but the host answered right away and fixed the minor issue. The bed was very comfortable as were the sheets, the bathroom was very nice especially the shower. It was very spacious for the area. There was a back yard area. You do obviously share the house with the owner but we had absolutely no issues. You do share heat/air with the owner so you have to contact them to adjust it which I don’t love but comes with the type of stay we had! Can’t wait to stay here everytime we come to Denver! The neighborhood is a little rough there was some homeless people right up the road but it’s to be expected. The door locks decent and we put a chair under the door.

For added peace of mind, I want to highlight that there are two locks on the door: one that guests can lock from the inside, and the keypad lock, which can only be opened from inside manually or from outside when the correct code is entered. This ensures guests are fully safe during their stay. I wasn’t aware there was any issue with using the locks, but I’ll make sure to provide clear instructions for future guests to ensure they’re comfortable with how everything works. Regarding the neighborhood, it’s true that urban areas like ours sometimes have a mix of challenges, but the community here is vibrant, friendly, and respectful. Safety is a top priority for me, and I’ve taken steps to ensure my guests feel secure. I’ll also continue exploring ways to enhance peace of mind for all future stays. The comments below outline the key factors I consider when selecting accommodations. I have not covered every amenity.Overview: I felt extremely calm and relaxed during my stay at Casa Chiliwood. I loved the layout of the house. It was both spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated with indigenous art. I also appreciated the host's prompt response to any questions or concerns I had. Kitchen/Family Room: My favorite space! When we made meals, we could be together, visiting with those sitting on the couch. The refrigerator is very nice and has both ice and water in the door. There's a very nice dishwasher, plenty of dishware and cookware, extras like snacks, large "ball" ice cubes, and a very easy-to-use grill on the patio outside. Everything was spotless.Beds & Bedding: We only used the main and third bedrooms, but both beds were optimally supportive without being too firm. The bedding was excellent: soft, satiny cotton - precisely what I use at home.Family Room Couch: The big sectional was soft and very comfortable. I easily fell asleep while watching TV. Comfy furniture is a very high priority! Thanks, Matthew, for the detailed instructions, essential information, and reasonable checkout requests!
