• Located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the home for safety purposes only. A noise monitoring device is also installed to help prevent parties and excessive noise. There are no cameras inside the home.

• The home includes a private pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pit, patio seating, BBQ grill, and a fully loaded game room with arcade games, pool table, ping pong, and foosball. *A propane tank is provided for your convenience, but we do not guarantee that it will be full upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing or exchanging propane if additional fuel is needed during their stay. We do not provide propane refills or reimburse propane purchases.

• Blackout curtains are installed throughout the home for added comfort and better sleep.

• Fast 1 Gig fiber WiFi, Smart TVs, washer/dryer, coffee station, fully stocked kitchen, and household essentials are all included.
