Scenic Spacious Patio Pond View, Pool Table, Gym, Spa Whirlpool Tub 5 Bed Room

We're located in a quiet neighborhood 15-20 minutes away from both airports. There's plenty of activities and restaurants nearby such as the shops of legacy, Ikea, k-town, top golf, arbor hill nature preserve, Lewisville lake, Stonebriar Mall, the list goes on. Enjoy this 5 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, bbq/smoker grill patio with a beautiful view of the pond. Two rooms have a king-size bed and three queen. The master bedroom has a double vanity sink, jetted tub, and a sit-in shower.

There are security cameras on-site for safety purposes. Any small gathering please let me know, so I can inform my neighbors to prevent noise complaints.

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Home

Very nice home with large bedrooms and beautiful living room and kitchen. Bonus is an awesome backyard on pond with a walkway.

Business retreat

Top shelf location, amenities and location. Quiet and away from the distractions of a hotel but very convenient to restaurants and anything we needed. Nothing to improve on. One of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Thank you for making this property available!

Fantastic Home Away From Home

My whole family including spouse, 5 year old, and dog all loved staying here. The home is very comfortable and everything is well organized and labeled. The view out the window is unbeatable and the short trail around the pond is perfect for dog walking and bird watching. This feels like a wonderful oasis. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The host is very welcoming and helps make everything go seamlessly. Would love to return.

Short spring break getaway

Just came to DFW for a few days to relax and spend time with family. The house was perfect. Very nice and spacious. Walking trail park behind house was great. Very enjoyable time and the property was EXACTLY what we were hoping for.

Great House

This is a great house if you have a large group! We had 8 adults and 1 baby and had tons of space! Joan answered my emails very promptly so that was a plus. And she made getting into the house very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard view is beautiful! They have very nice appliances and the kitchen is organized and the cabinets are labeled so you easily know where everything is. And she provided snacks and coffee and some water in the fridge. There is a very nice game room with a pool tablet and a basketball shooting game in it. The master bedroom downstairs is awesome- huge closet (with a pack n play provided). The bathroom has a wonderful walk-in shower, a huge tub, and 2 sinks. And there are 4 very nice bedrooms upstairs. Plus plenty of bathrooms! We had a terrific time and I highly recommend this house! We will be back!

Perfect for large groups....

We chose this place so that each family would have their own space & bathroom. There was plenty of gathering space as well. Loved that the beds were large and comfy (no bunkbeds). The outdoor space was so enjoyable, in the evening with wine and the mornings with coffee. Plenty of comfortable seating and views were beautiful. A few in our party really enjoyed the walking path & gym. The host was very responsive & accommodating. Definitely recommend this place.

Great family place

This was a great choice for our family. All bedrooms with bathrooms attached was a plus. The master closet worked great for a pack and play giving us an extra place to sleep baby. Being on a lake was a huge bonus. Our 3 yr old grandson caught his first fish! Wish we had more days. The owner was very kind and helpful. This will be a first pick if ever in the area again.

Great Family Weekend getaway!

We loved our stay! The property was perfect for our family, we loved the neighborhood, and we were centrally located to so many things in the D/FW area. The backyard is beautiful! Overall just a great place for our family to all stay together.

Too Little Too Late

No towels upon arrival. Finally discovered them in dryer. Host bought some & had delivered to door. TV didn’t work. Refrigerator needed repairs. Ice maker didn’t work. Water in floor from refrigerator. Dusty, cob Webs, not enough pots, pans,utensils. Only two plates difficult not light cooktop. Patio dirty..tall weeds.Host offered to release from reservations but most already there & others in route. Not a wise solution. Made the most of it.
