Loved being right on the beach with chairs, umbrellas and towels provided. Highly recommend this location.

great location, beautiful room, great view, had everything we needed for our stay. would definitely stay here again.

We were moved rooms due to a A/C issue. Stayed in "Sea Scape". Asked if we could receive any type of compensation since we had picked that room specifically when booking. Never received an answer back after was told they would have to ask their manager. Bathroom had been updated compared to photos which had been a concern. But updates to shower were not installed correctly making

Comfortable for a Short Stay

The property was fine. Our issues were due more to the area just beginning to have renters again. The walk back to our place at night was poorly lit. Our elevator needed some work. Quit working altogether once during our stay. The most annoying thing was the bridge off the island closed without any notice (that we received.) We had to push our luggage down the street and across the bridge. Super annoying!!

Thank you Melora for the review! :-) I agree and love that you liked the property...the resort is great because it's on the beach and new (plus you picked out such a GREAT unit...405!). The island is not the best lit in the world for sure! Part of that is, believe it or not, for turtle protection...sorry for that! The city did close the bridge for the Shrimp Festival and super sorry for the inconvenience - you are super kind! I did have a little $$ discount added just now for that! We look forward to being blessed with you as a guest again! By the time you come back the beach will be even SO MUCH better! Thank you for your support of not just Casa Playa, but ALL of the island! We are so grateful and we can thrive ONLY because of awesome people like you! Derek
