This house was a perfect spot for visiting family in San Dimas. The house is quite new, so everything is clean and barely used. We liked that there were restaurants and grocery stores (especially Trader Joe's) very close by. Jeff was very communicative. The neighborhood is quiet, and the nearby train did not bother us.

This was a great place to make us feel like our home away from home. It definitely beats a hotel, especially with a toddler. They are able to have the space they need and it feel at home for them as much as everyone else.

We used to live in a nearby town and were familiar with the area. Everything was comfortable and the host was responsive when needed. The only minor issue was the train horns. They were in the distance and did not generally disturb any sleep. The home is great and i would stay again if needed.

Wonderfully comfortable and clean

Check in/out communication was a breeze! We were impressed by the cleanliness and roominess of this newly built/renovated home. The 3 bedroom layout was great for our small family. The showers had amazing pressure and the entire place is beautifully decorated. Beds, pillows, and bedding were so comfortable!

THANK YOU, JEFF, for allowing us to rent your VRBO. Jeff was very easy to communicate with. Very professional and prompt in responding. The additional dwelling unit was a real great surprise. The house is BRAND NEW!! Included all the amenities that will you need for a very comfortable stay. The shower head in each bathroom was AWESOME. The house is very clean. It's decorated in a classy but functional way. The beds were comfortable.
