MAIN LIVING SPACE
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Giant Steps slopes from this cozy 2nd-floor living room, bathed in natural light from its southern exposure. Relax by the wood-burning indoor fireplace, or gather around the smart TV for a movie night. For game enthusiasts, UNO and Yahtzee are available to add some fun to your stay. The private balcony provides a serene space to take in the mountain air.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals, including a drip coffee maker, slow cooker, and waffle maker. Whether you're making a cozy breakfast or a hearty dinner, this kitchen is ready to support your culinary needs.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Unwind in the shared hot tub, located behind the office, for a relaxing soak after a day of adventures (temperature preset). Enjoy a barbecue on the propane grill, or cozy up by the community fire pit.

Living Room: Queen pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space

Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with a tub and shower combination
Guests have access to the community fire pitâplease be sure to follow all fire pit guidelines for safety. The shared hot tub is available behind the office, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a day of adventure.
COMMUNITY FIRE PIT
-Guests have access to several community fire pits, with the closest one located directly below our deck. Firewood is provided across from the office for your convenience. Please follow all fire pit guidelines for safety.
4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Additional $15 per night per guest will be charged for any bookings exceeding 5 guests
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
-Lost parking pass is $25/each
-Do not flush feminine products, toilet paper, wet wipes or diapers down the toilet as it will ruin the septic system.

Fire Pit Guidelines
Pit Construction:
-The pit must be at least 18 inches deep and made of non-burnable material.
-Add 6 inches of gravel at the bottom for safety, making the total depth 24 inches.
-Clear out ashes regularly to keep the pit depth at 18 inches.
Safety:
-Keep the pit 15 feet away from anything that can burn.
-Clear 6 feet around the pit of anything that can catch fire.
-Always have someone 18 years or older watching the fire.
-Have at least 10 gallons of water or a hose nearby.
Firewood:
-Use short pieces of wood that fit inside the pit.
-Keep the flames under 2 feet high.
