The Casita was a wonderful and relaxing place to stay after long days of hiking. Conveniently located within driving distance of Zion and Laverkin. The hosts were communicative, helpful, and even left a welcoming present for my wife and I. It was full of modern conveniences and the bathroom especially was spacious, stocked, and clean. Wonderful view and 10/10 stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casita! It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Every detail was considered and of the highest quality: towels, sheets, dishes, lights, utensils, tv, thermostat, shower, kitchen appliances, etc. It was very nice to have our own parking spot and enterence as well! And finally, the views out the windows were exactly what we hoped for during our first visit to Zion!

The property was very clean and organized. I really apperciated the nice decor and live plants. The host did their best to make the place feel like home. Location is great, close to Zion which made it easy to get to the park.

Beautiful new property!

We did have a little trouble finding the place, but our host was quick to confirm that we did. Look for the road labeled 150 North off of highway 9. You will be almost there. This is a beautiful and comfortable home. They did a magnificent job in the design and execution. Great combination of minimalist style that includes everything needed and high quality finishings that are a lovely representation of this area (ie the color and texture of the shower walls with the high ceilings
just, wow!) Virgin is a small town, but there are places to grab a meal nearby. The small town of La Verkin is also nearby with more options, grocery stores, etc. The location is very convenient to Zion proper as well as the Kolob Canyon area of Zion. We very much appreciated our host’s top notch communication and patience as we had a couple of glitches that would not have occurred if we had just carefully read the information provided in the check in process. Thanks again for a great place!!!

Perfect Location & Thoughtfully Designed

My husband & I stayed at the Modern Lux Casita for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Zion. It was perfectly located for us. We spent most of our week in Zion, and it was only 15 minutes from the park. We also spent one day at Bryce Canyon & another day up near Antelope Canyon. The Casita was just a couple hour drive from both and made for a nice day trip. The location of this Casita is in a quiet neighborhood. It is a brand new home, and it was thoughtfully designed. Everything was very modern and it was a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed a little bit of a view from the windows as well. Our hosts were always quick to answer any questions we had leading up to our trip, and they even made great suggestions for local restaurants as well. We would absolutely stay here again for a getaway for the two of us.

Peaceful and comfortable casita

The casita was perfectly located outside of Zion with easy access. Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom with modern design. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. Easy check in. We loved the fire pit and star gazing in the evening.

Zion Getaway

Clean, modern, and new construction. Easy drive to/from Zion. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace on the patio after a long day of hiking!

This was a beautiful casita style room with the most modern amenities one could want! The shower is Awesome and spacious!! Curtains and blinds kept the afternoon heat/sun out( been hiking all day) . Loved the swivel chair for reading too!! Kitchen sink farmhouse style and excellent for washing dishes and verges
 Really restful, beautiful place!!! Would go again!!!

Wow - what a lovely casita!

We absolutely loved the layout and features of this casita. Everything in the space was top notch. We spent our time adventuring in Zion all day and enjoyed cooking our own meals when we got home. The location, price and accommodations were perfect for us.
