Situé à moins d'un kilomÚtre du stade Sanford, cet établissement présente un caractÚre et un charme fou, notamment un superbe porche, un salon / salle à manger avec une télévision à écran plat de 107 cm et une chambre privée avec un lit queen-size. Great location! Perfect for a visit for football game. Street parking was super. We did not drive at all until we left. Jennie was a wonderful host!

Better than a hotel’

What a great stay and perfect choice. Lovely accommodations and so welcoming. Close to UGA locations and quick access. I would stay again in a hot minute. The bed is extremely comfy and conducive to a great sleep. Loved my stay and look forward to a trip back! The hosts are a delight.

Comfy and great neighborhood

We were there for mom’s weekend at UGA. Very convenient location to everything and host responded with any questions very promptly. Nice outdoor space for morning coffee. Would definitely book again!

Cute, Comfy, Clean and Convenient

Perfect accommodations for Parent’s Weekend. We loved the location near Milledge and The Rambler. Very clean, comfortable bed, coffee station and appreciates amenities like har dryer, iron, soaps, curling iron, sunscreen and parking spot on street.

Always wonderful

Great location and excellent property

This cute carriage house had everything my husband and I could have needed. The kitchenette is super cute and stocked with lots of coffee. Linens were very high quality and an excellent TV to watch game day before walking to the stadium. Great for UGA weekend!

Move In weekend

This property is located on one of the best streets off Millege. The location is superb if you have children involved in UGA Greek life. The house was clean, well supplied, and very comfortable as we had 2 labor intensive days of move-in with our daughter.

Great Stay

Beautiful and clean place. Very comfy bed. Spacious living room. The white kitchen cabinet blended well with the hallway wall. I had to mention it because after living off two mugs and a bowl for a day and half, I finally had built up the nerve to ask Jennie if I could borrow two plates, a bowel, and 2 sets of utensils - only to be instructed to look inside the cabinet which I still missed it walking by a couple more times until my daughter found it. We all had a good laugh. Jennie said for the same reason, she sometimes would leave the cabinet door open for the guest upon arrival. She must over estimated our hide and seek skills, lol! The only minor suggestion would be to add blackout curtains in the bedroom because the lights from the Baxter St business were too bright for me personally. Special note: My daughter loved the sound machine. I loved all the scent of the dish detergent, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner!

Always fantastic

Another wonderful stay. I was visiting my son again for parent's weekend from TX and planned ahead to be able to return to this property. The owners are so hospitable. Available if anything is needed but they have already provided everything for a great stay. The location is the best!! Right between my son's dorm and his fraternity! I have already booked my May "pickup" stay. Thank you Jennie!

Great weekend!

We rented out the apartment for a weekend volleyball tournament at the Classic Center. It was very clean, close to everything, and Jennie and Dave were excellent hosts, even allowing us a later checkout due to the time change.
