If it's a rainy day, you won't need a "Raindy-check," as we offer indoor entertainment: games, puzzles, and cozy books! We also have an on-site office, a gym, and a unique outdoor entertainment space.

Guest Services:
Guest Capacity: the house is comfortable for eight guests. For any additional guests after 8 (up to 10 guests maximum), there is a fee of $50 per person per night.

Check-in/Check-out: early check-in and late-check-out requests are subject to host approval and availability and at a $40 additional fee per hour.


Community:

Emerald Lakes Community is located conveniently just off of Rte 380. This wonderful community offers 5 lakes and 2 Beaches, 2 of which are less than 4 minutes with playground facilities drive from home.

An indoor and outdoor pool ( during the off-season), a tennis complex, and basketball courts exist.

After a day of community enjoyment, you can kick back at The Emerald Grill Bar and Restaurant without leaving the community.

Community badges need to be purchased separately. ( You will need an amenity pass for additional payment and register 48 hours in advance for badges.)

* Romi's Ranch is also an owner-occupied home, and in consideration of the health and well-being of a family member with life-threatening allergy sensitivity, we have implemented a strict no-pet policy on our premises. This decision is primarily due to severe allergies experienced by the Owner triggered by pet dander, fur, or other allergens

* Shoes Off, Floors Clean: Cleanliness is wholesomeness. Our floors are washed and cleaned after every stay, so don't be afraid to take your shoes off to keep the place cozy and clean!

* The main house rule is to leave a house in the condition you received it in, especially cleanliness-wise. A basic cleaning is required.

* Don't throw things of feminine hygiene down the toilet drain.

* The kitchen is chef-friendly & WiFi is next-level.

Grill session? No doubt, with an outdoor kitchen for grilling

* Dishes: After use, load your dishes into the dishwasher.

* Fireworks: This is a no-firework premise

* No Smoking Inside: Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the ranch.

* Please refrain from damaging anything. You do not want to end up paying for anything other than a great time!

* Respect the game table: Keep your drinks off the table. Let's keep the beautiful felt in clean condition for that perfect backspin.
