LOCATION: This home is approximately 2.5 miles or 6-minute drive from the Angel Fire mountain activities. Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 0.9 miles or 3-minute drive. Fees apply
PARKING: On-site parking for 1 to 2 vehicles
PET FRIENDLY: If bringing pets, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee and 2-dog max
INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have 3 exterior security cameras located at the garage (inside pointing towards outside garage door), front entrance (outside pointing at front door), and bottom floor deck (outside pointing at sliding glass door). These cameras monitor the exterior perimeter only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests unable to reach the booked property due to a lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
