Grande maison rénovée du centre-ville de Manitou Springs Lic # 9244

Cette maison partage l'accès à la rivière et se trouve à quelques pas des arcades de penny, d'une tyrolienne, des magasins, des bars et des restaurants du centre-ville de Manitou Springs. La cabine elle-même a sa propre terrasse juste à l'extérieur de la salle à manger et a également accès à la magnifique rivière derrière. Toute la maison a été rénovée avec une nouvelle cuisine toute nouvelle électricité, plancher et nouvelles salles de bains. Trop fatigué pour cuisiner, pas de problème! A quelques pâtés de maisons à pied et vous êtes en plein milieu de la ville avec toutes sortes de choix de plats et de boissons sans parler de grands magasins et d'une salle de jeux.

Couldn't ask for a better location. Right in town so didn't have to worry about parking and walked to coffee, shops, and dinner every night. Home had everything we were needing for the weekend. No complaints!

Most everything was excellent. Really, there were 2 drawbacks. 1 was that the river area hangout spot is not part of the rental. It's right behind another cabin on the property. I think that TECHNICALLY we could have hung out there, but it seemed odd since it was very close to someone else. And the bathrooms are open to the rest of the house. VERY IMPORTANT missed detail. So, you can hear everything that goes on. No privacy. But we had a GREAT time in downtown Manitou Springs. We didn't have to drive anywhere to get to where we wanted to go. I would recommend this spot with those couple of caveats.

The cabin was cosy and clean. It is on the main road of Manitou so everything is very close. I would recommend for anyone to stay here.

Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Remember to get something to put your leftovers in. Clean rooms. Couch could use an upgrade but love the size. No TV’s in bedroom, which would be nice. Easy to get to. Was a little odd to not have walls all the way to the ceiling in the bathrooms. Overall a great stay with off road parking and walking distance to all the shops. Close to pikes peak, caves and gardens of the gods!

After Seth had retired from going to three Olympic games, we decided that we had more than sports and a love of fencing in common. Turns out, Seth and I have a passion for homes. We bought this home as a project to work on together after we had already completely remodeled another home. Turns out, remodeling a home and two cabins built in 1891 is a whole new level of difficult. But, we did it and this home is our labor of love!!We do hope you enjoy our recently finished product!

Both Seth and I LOVE Manitou Springs! Manitou is such a wonderful little town that really does a great job of providing fun activities and festivals year round. From Arts Festivals, to Marathons, to Coffin Races Manitou Springs is a happening place year round. What's more, we took one look at the creek and just how relaxing it was to sit and hear the sound of the water and enjoy the huge trees overhead while also being in the middle of town and we were all in!

It really is a special treat to be within walking distance to everything and yet feel as though you can get away from it all with just a short walk back to your home away from home.
