Loved this little property. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had what was needed. Great access to town and very walkable, Sitting on the porch and seeing deer was enjoyable.

We loved our stay at this historic home in Manitou Springs. The location was perfect to either walk into town or up to hiking trails such as Red Mtn trail. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating areas both in the front and up on the back deck. The downstairs bedroom was roomy enough for the small children to sleep on their camp mats beside their parents, the upstairs bedroom was also spacious with a lovely shower.

We have always loved traveling to Manitou Springs so staying at this property made visiting the area so much more convenient! The Victorian is beautiful with so much character, we enjoyed both inside and outside living areas and being within walking distance to downtown activities. We enjoyed parking our two vehicles in the driveway as parking is prime in Manitou. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Absolutely charming and comfortable house in an amazing location within walking distance of shops and sights in Manitou Springs. The outdoor spaces of the home are a highlight and were lovely for morning coffee, and we appreciated the easy parking. Perfect for our family of four and we would love to visit again!We saw other reviews mention uneven heating and cooling on the two floors. The house included a cooling unit upstairs and space heater downstairs that worked for any temp adjustments we needed to make.

Great place to take in Manitou Springs

Host was very responsive, location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Best for two couples and worked great for my wife and I. The town is a lot of fun with shops and great restaurants.

The nice part about staying at this location was access to downtown Manitou. At the end of the day, you park your car and your only minutes away from town. Just an easy walk within 5 minutes to all of the shops and restaurants.

This house was beautiful and a short walk to downtown Manitou Springs. We would love to stay here again. The only con we had is that the downstairs bathroom is a little snug.

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for our needs. The location was great. From the front porch we could watch the climbers ascend Manitou Incline each afternoon. The house was clean and comfortable. We would recommend it to friends and family.

Great Location

We enjoyed the convenience of this property - Close to town and surrounding attractions. Not as clean as we like (trash still in the cans in the kitchen and noticed the floor was very dirty when we dropped something and had get on our knees to pick it up). Over all a good stay

Awesome!

The property was great. Perfect for a group of 4 adults. Walking distance to downtown where there is tons of great food, entertainment and shopping. It’s alittle over a mile to the Incline and Cog Railroad. The property was clean, towels soft, and has a great outdoor deck.
