Features include a balcony, large terrace with a PRIVATE POOL (NOT HEATED), living room, and a superb kitchen. Enjoy amenities like a communal pool, sauna, and gym. Perfect for a stylish Dubai stay.
• Living Area: Equipped with a large sofa and a dining area with a smart TV. A guest toilet is conveniently located in the living area.
• Bedroom 1: Includes a king-sized bed (180x200) with a full ensuite bathroom with a smart TV.
• Bedroom 2: Includes a king-sized bed (180x200) with a full ensuite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Includes a queen bed (160x200) with a full ensuite bathroom. (little shower, it`s basically a maid room)
• Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking meals.
• Balcony: Space for outdoor relaxation and a PRIVATE POOL !!
• Parking Space: Dedicated spot for convenience.
• Amenities: Offers WiFi and 24-hour security, located on the residential side for enhanced privacy. A common pool, a gym, a mini golf, a kid`s play area and a sauna :-)
• WiFi: Stay connected with WiFi throughout the apartment.

If guests prefer to enjoy alcoholic beverages during their stay, we encourage them to bring their own wine glasses or any other related items for their personal use.

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of the passport for all guests checking in which will be uploaded onto the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing) portal. We need all these documents on this chat before your arrival.
No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Any trace of cigarette smell or damage will result in a 1500 AED fine, as we will need to deep-clean the curtains, bed, sofa, and rug.
No parties or loud gatherings are allowed. I reserve the right to cancel the booking and alert building security immediately in case of disturbance.
NO pets are allowed.
Lost access cards, parking remotes, or building keys will be charged 500 AED each.
Please treat the apartment with care, as if it were your own: avoid touching the walls with dirty hands, and be mindful not to stain the sofa, mattress, or carpet.
