Magnifique penthouse à l'étage 41 -
2 chambres + une petite salle de lecture, nous pouvons utiliser la façon dont les chambres lorsque nous avons plus de 5-6 invités.
À partir de mai 2019, il y a un grand nouveau bâtiment près de notre tour, donc la vue n'est plus pleine vue sur la mer et il y a un peu de bruit parfois.
Nous pouvons envisager de donner un surclassement gratuit au client qui souhaite réserver cet appartement ou a réservé à l'avance.
Après septembre 2020, le nouveau bâtiment sera prêt afin que cette propriété revienne plus appropriée.

Fantastic terrace. Great location.

The terrace was spectacular. The bright blue skies, breezes, and amazing view made it a wonderful place to spend time. The location in JBR couldn’t have been better. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping area. Our family of four was quite comfortable in the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic!

Apartment is in a great location close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. Alex and Rosario were very accommodating. BEST OF ALL of course is the deck and the amazing view....we really didn't want to go anywhere else! The Apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. Thank you again Alex and thanks for the coupons!!!

Amazing view...

Everything already written in the previous reviews is really true (amazing view, location on JBR, restaurants and many attractions around the apartment...). Concerning the apartment : a little refurbishment would be nice. However we will be happy to come back again... :-) Many thanks to Jo, so kind with us !!

Amazing

I would definitely give it more than 5 starts if i could!! Breathtaking views, very clean, spacious bedrooms, spacious living space. The host was amazing and very helpful during our stay in dubai always ready to answer any questions regarding the property, the city of dubai and any other concerns could easily be discussed. We loved the beautiful furniture and decoration throughout the pent house. Waking up to the beach view from the main bedroom was honestly the most amazing experience I have ever had. Definitely recommend staying here.

Stunning!!

We stayed in this apartment from 7th to 17th March and it was a fantastic experience. We were impressed with the apartment’s décor, it looked just like the photos. The house is very comfortable and spacious and the terrace is faboulous. We often sat on, to admire the sea.. It is located in Dubai Marina, so you can find many restaurants and the shopping mall along the Marina are easily accessible by foot. Taxis are also always available and cheap!!! The apartment has computer and free Wi-Fi . We had a great stay and will hopefully return soon!

Absolutely amazing terrace!

Arrived late Friday night, at even though we had received a lot of information from the owner regarding arrival, we still had problems getting into the building at 2 am. But once in, it is very easy, the parking spaces are 20 meters from the lifts, which will take you directly to the apartment at the 41st floor. The apartment in itself is not absolutely luxury, there are places where it is a bit worn, the 3rd bedroom is very small, and the shower in the smaller bathroom is not really suited for adults +80 kg. But all of this really doesn’t matter, once you step out on to the terrace. Words cannot describe the views! The terrace is 70 m2 and you have a 270 degree view of Dubai. The Palm Jumeirah is just outside and the sunset over the sea is absolutely amazing! I honestly doubt that you will find an apartment in Dubai for rent like this one – and even though it is a bit pricey, the terrace makes it worth every cent! The maid service was great. Left the apartment in a hurry one day, when we got up to late, and everything was cleaned and in order, when we got back. Simply had to leave a nice tip! The owner, Alessandro, was very helpful both before and during our stay. So, please DO NOT rent this apartment, because if you do, we won’t be able to, and we are definitely planning to stay here again! ;-)

Hello. I read the last part of the review and I couldn't believe.... Don't book thus apartment.... Then I read better.... What nice is your review!!! I love guest like you. Sime guest stay I'm my aparment and they are very communicative before arrive and when are in. Then after holiday no one word.... I like this apartment when is available I spend some of my days there. But it is very busy all year.... But That is nice as well becouse I share this property with more nice people like you That's a lot Alessandro Londero

The Jewel of JBR that belittle's Palm Atlantis

Hello Everyone, I had a wonderful vacation in Dubai at this Vacation home last year with my whole family (includes my Wife, Parents and Sister). The best decision I ever made was to rent Mr. Alex's vacation home overlooking the Palm Island. We stayed here for about a week and it was never enough. We have some great memories in this home and we simply couldn't forget the moments of our ecstasy. The views from patio were simply awesome and breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our home made special cocktails, morning breakfasts and lunches in the large patio overlooking the serene blue skies and the ocean, which accordingly to me, is more special than any other five star hotel in Dubai or UAE. Alex has done a great job of arranging the fancy, yet useful furniture, in the patio and inside, which is more than enough for anyone to have a comfortable stay. Kitchen was decently equipped with all utensils one may need to dive into their own cooking adventure. I had been to many vacation homes in California and other parts of USA, but I haven't found anything close to this place. My stay at this home was certainly money's worth and I would not hesitate to come back to this place again. At times, I had few problems corresponding with Alex (email mainly), but eventually we got comfortable and better with each other's communication. Alex is definitely trust worthy and he delivers what he promises. Just make sure, you share your entire trip plan and schedule upfront so that he can plan your stay accordingly. He and his wife were helpful in sharing some restaurant reviews/coupons, travel magazines and info on things/activities that we can do in and around JBR. I certainly wish you a pleasant stay and hope you would enjoy this place as much as we did. Thanks and Regards, Sandeep Ponnur

An amazing apartment in the perfect location.

We arrived during the Monday evening and as soon as we entered this beautiful apartment we knew we were going to have a fantastic holiday. There were four of us (a group of friends) and two of them were celebrating 50th birthdays. They couldn't have wished for a better way to celebrate. The apartment was spotlessly clean and it felt so homely and comfortable. The layout of the apartment is excellent and the four of us didn't feel like we were on top of each other ... we each had our own bed to sleep in (and we all slept very well) and there were two bathrooms (and 3 showers!) The kitchen had everything we needed and Alex the owner really does think of everything - we didn't need to take dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, tea towels, washing up liquid ... it was all there for our use. The utility room had a washing machine (with wash powder supplied) which was very useful. The decor is lovely and we all felt so happy to have discovered this beautiful apartment. Upon arriving, we walked out onto the terrace - this was a real 'WOW' moment for us all - the lighting is beautiful and creates a very relaxing environment in which to watch the world go by down below us. The view in the daylight is equally as stunning - the Palm Atlantis was ahead of us, and the Burj al Arab was in the distance to our right. We were lucky enough to experience UAE National Day during our stay and also, Dubai were hosting the World Air Games. There were air displays every day we were there ... and the runway was right in front of our terrace. We saw so many different things during our stay including aerobatics, hot air ballons, parachutists, paragliding and so much more (including a shooting star!) There were also 3 consecutive nights of fireworks which were right in front of us too. Jo the agent who looks after the apartment contacted me and popped in on our first morning to show us a few things in the apartment and gave us the keys we needed to use to get into the building. She's a lovely lady and spoke excellent English. She also visited us on our last morning and was kind enough to organise our taxi transfer back to the airport. It is sometimes a little worrying when you book an apartment with someone you don't know ... but Alex the owner has been wonderful and answered any questions I had promptly. He popped in and said hello during our stay. The whole booking process is excellent. Thank you Alex for letting us rent your beautiful apartment - we will be back! :-)

Une vue incroyable

Superbe!!

Nous sommes de retour de ce fantastique séjour, nous avons passé 10 jours inoubliables. L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur la mer et une belle terrasse où vous pourrez vous détendre. Le mobilier est moderne et bien entretenu, una très propre et coquette maison. Nous avons utilisé le conducteur lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport, donc nous n'avons pas eu à penser à autre chose. Alessandro nous a aidés et a donné de nombreuses suggestions. Sous le gratte-ciel The Walk, la fameuse rue avec de nombreux restaurants où vous pouvez marcher et de s'arrêter pour boire un verre sur les lieux. Nous reviendrons certainement à Dubaï et à choisir sans doute encore la maison d'Alessandro.

Avec mes amis nous avons ...

Avec mes amis nous avons reservé cet appartement dans la deuxième semaine de april. La position est invidiable, à proximité de la plage et sur Dubai Marina. L’appartement se trouve sur la famouse rue "The Walk" avec nombreux magasins et restaurants. Il y a aussi une belle piscine. L’appartement est très spacieuse et entièrement équipée. L’appartement était nettoyée chaque jour et tout était parfait. La terrasse est magnifique et grand avec une vue superbe. Alessandro, le propriétaire, est très gentil, merci pour tous.

Stunning Penthouse in super location

I think this is really the best Penthouse on the area , so big and so nice - Incredible view of Dubai Eye, Sean and Palm. The pool is great, heated 31°!!! really i suggest this Amazing property The staff is really nice and collaborative Hope back son Yv.
