Host was responsive and good to work with. The beds and furniture were comfortable and great for our graduation party with family flying in. Very nice space and decor. Would rent this unit again if I needed space for my family to meet!

The house was very nice and spacious. It was clean for the most part. except there was a rug in the living room that sheds and it could not vacuum it because the vacuum cleaner was not working, so we could not put the baby down to crawl. What I did not like was there were no TV's in the bedrooms, we had 5 different households with children that could not have their sleeping music which made it a little difficult. There was not enough face towels for all guest to have 2 each. They only left one extra tissue and paper towels for 7 people, so we had to buy extra. I should also mention that all rooms are upstairs. So for the people that cannot climb stairs, this will not be ideal. Overall, we had a good time but of course there are some hiccups.

The house was as advertised and the host was responsive. It is a nice space to host a good amount of people. The house was relatively dirty when we got there and had to spend over an hour cleaning up black hair everywhere. There were shampoo bottles in the beds and hair on the comforters that made us question whether the house was cleaned prior to us coming in. When talking to the host, their suggestion was that we leave and find somewhere else to stay and never once apologized for the mess as the housekeepers had been there for multiple days deep cleaning and in the pictures they sent it was "clean." There were also a bunch of cigarette butts outside that had not been cleaned. If you are staying for more than a couple of days with a large group of people I would recommend you buy toilet paper as only one roll is supplied in the bathroom.

Charming, clean and quaint.

This property worked great for my family (including me, my husband, young kids, mom, brother and his teenagers). Great interior design with comfy beds. It was very clean and gave us lots of space to hangout. The backyard was beautiful too. There are lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by too. Great option if you need to stay in the Raleigh area.

Excellent stay!

My family of 8 adults stayed this weekend for our granddaughter’s first birthday party and later my wife’s stepmother’s funeral. The house was exactly as described in the VRBO described. It’s very well appointed with all necessities and very well decorated and very clean. Communication with owner was excellent and ver responsive. Would definitely stay here again. P

July 4 celebration

Overall the home is lovely. Personal preference I think there should be television in the bedrooms because the tv in the living room is too small for s group if people and does not allow choices. Very convenient location to anything you may need. Neighborhood appeared very nice and pleasant. The young ones requested the same stay should we come back.

Clean place which is really important. The kitchen was ill equipped with few utensils and pans, which was unfortunate.The main living area was comfortable but the front dining room was separated off such that it wasn’t used much. Internet worked well, but there was no WiFi access info provided and I had to message the owner to get that info.Also the owner wanted us to leave at 10am which felt a bit aggressive for a check out time.
