Mountain home with beautiful view, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 10, Can walk to Woodward

Stay comfortably in Park City at this 4-bedroom home. We're a 2 minute walk from Woodward Park and tubing hill. Downtown Park City with its many ski resorts is less than 20 minutes away. Several parks with sledding hills are within 15 minutes of the house. We are at a convenient location to the freeway so no getting lost in a big neighborhood. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 crib, and 2 full bunk beds this phenomenal property is perfect for families or groups. Sleeps up to 12 people, children are welcome. Note that there is someone currently living in the downstairs apartment. There is no shared space or access and they have their own private entrance. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like in floor heating, WiFi, and 2 washing machines/dryers. We have state of the art appliances such as SubZero, Asko and Thermador that will make your stay enjoyable. The double oven is perfect for cooking up dinner and a delicious treat after a fun day exploring the area. My favorite thing to do after a long day outside in the snow is soaking in the large master bath while watching a movie. A beautiful mountain backyard is home to a lovely stream, moose, deer and other wildlife. Relax on the couch or outside on the deck while enjoying the beautiful Mountain View. Experience what Park City has to offer with a stay at our lovely home.

Summit park getaway

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room and a crib for the baby!!! Close enough to Park City to enjoy but without traffic to deal with getting to the house. We would come back again!!! View out the back windows was beautiful!!

We loved staying here! The main living area was so bright and beautiful overlooking trees in the back. It had everything we needed and was convenient to Jeremy Ranch. The only drawback was opening our windows, we could hear the traffic on the highway. When they’re closed it’s perfectly quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Kelly was so attentive to my questions and was easy to work with!!

Gorgeous Views and Beautiful Interior

We had an amazing stay at this spectacular home. The house had an open layout, amazing views and an unbelievable kitchen. The kids had a blast having their own space upstairs in the loft area. Hosts were easy to work with and communication was great. We hope to be back!!

Great family winter vacation

We enjoyed this home greatly. The location was perfect for what we needed. Woodward is about a minute drive and it had everything my young family needed to enjoy the snow. The drive from the airport was also very easy and quick. Pretty much as stress free as it can be with a family with three young children can get . Thanks

Perfect Stay!

We stayed for just under a week as a family of 4. The home is perfect. The kitchen was a dream to cook in. The heating system in the home was wonderful. The upstairs loft was the perfect play area for our 10 and 9 year olds. Someone was by every day to make sure the driveway was plowed to allow us easy departure. Proximity to Main Street and the slopes was excellent. Communication with Kellie both before and during our stay was immediate. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to all looking for more affordable lodging in park city.

My husband and I both grew up in Utah. He actually moved to Park City at 10 years old so he has been a local here for many years. We have 5 kids and we love taking them to visit the iconic landmarks in the United States. We homeschool and love doing various activities with the kids: reading, playing games, riding dirt bikes, tinkering and building and doing art projects. We are teaching the kids how to run a business and help people through this rental.

My husband grew up next door to this property. We bought the land many years ago from his grandmother. The property extends to the south over the top ridge of the mountain so we have the natural beauty of the mountain to see all year round. There is a stream that runs at the base of the mountain. Our water comes from a natural spring. We love the beauty of the mountain in both summer and winter. The trees after a fresh snowfall are beautiful to look at. We enjoy watching the deer and an occasional moose meander the mountain and come to the stream for a drink.

Our home is unique because we built it ourselves three years ago. We put a lot of time, effort and energy into this home. We spent many days and evening together with the kids getting this home done. We’ve lived and loved and grown here and want to share that special feeling of home and family with others while we move onto the next chapter of our lives. We’ve made the space and atmosphere kid friendly and hope that it gets filled with love and laughter from many families to come.
