Two full bathrooms provide ample space for comfort. Downstairs, a cozy game room with a big-screen TV and an air hockey table invites both fun and relaxation. Step outside to large outdoor patios, perfect for al fresco dining and yard games like cornhole, or enjoy a dip in the newly added spa (added July 10, 2025).

Surrounded by towering pines, this tranquil retreat is just a half-mile from the charming town, where you can soak in the crisp mountain air and the beauty of changing seasons—from vibrant fall leaves to serene winter snow. More than just a place to stay, this home is a serene haven to create lasting memories with loved ones.

-Cancellations: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund, with a $150.00 cancellation charge. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund plus a $150.00 cancellation charge.
No Cancellations are allowed for stays booked for November, December, and January.

Pets: We do allow dogs; however, please note that there is a fee of $35 per dog per night. If you plan to bring more than one dog, you must obtain prior approval, and additional fees may apply. When booking through selected third-party sites such as Airbnb, once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a payment request for the dog fee, which should be paid separately.

- Rental agreement: Please review our rental agreement for our house rules. You will receive an emailed version to sign, but if you prefer other options, please inquire.

- Check-in instructions: We now offer self-check-in. You will receive an email confirmation from us for your stay; the email will provide you with the address to the home, our office, and the office number. If you do not see this email, please also look in your spam folder. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a text or email with details on obtaining the key.

Parking: Free parking is available for 4vehicles (Seasonal Restrictions Apply; chains are recommended in winter, and 4X4 is HIGHLY Recommended).

- County permit number: 001780

- Age restrictions: Due to the new County of Ordinance 927.2: We no longer accept reservations for anyone under 21 years of age.

- Seasonal wood delivery: If available, there is a $25 fee per bundle (approximately 20 pieces). Please provide at least 5 days' notice for a Friday arrival date or at least 3 days' notice for any other day of the week. Please note that there are no refunds for this service.

- Confirmation: Upon booking this property through Airbnb, New Spirit Vacation Homes will send you a direct email confirming your reservation. Attached to this confirmation will be a contract you need to review, sign, and send back within 24 hours.

- Incidentals: We reserve the right to request payment for any incidentals. This includes but is not limited to firewood, pet fees, special occasion requests, personal grocery drop-offs, pay-per-view movies or sporting events, and damaged property.

Guests booking this home under the age of 25 years of age will provide an additional insurance for $70.00 non-refundable on the day of arrival.
