Living room area offers a light and bright open floorplan. The large open kitchen features quartz countertops, custom backsplash, large island with bar-stool seating and 2 pantries! Crown moulding throughout! Our home is beautifully furnished and boasts a fully stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, cookware, coffee maker, flatware, dishes, cups, glasses. A classy glass desk is provided for any remote work you may want to do.

After dinner sit down to enjoy your favorite show on the 65" flat screen TV along with fast Wi-Fi. The furnishing are clean and comfortable. With your own side by side washer and dryer you will not have to worry about locating a laundromat in the city.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own en-suite bath with custom quartz countertops. One bedroom suite is located on the first floor with a generous size walk in closet. The second two bedrooms are located on the thrid floor. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed and 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed with soft cotton sheets and plenty of pillows. The Master bath comes with dual vanity and large walk in closet.

No need to park your car outside here. Home comes with a full size 2 car attached garage which leads directly into the home.

Our townhome community known as Sky Ranch sits atop a hill allowing for stunning views of the San Diego mountains including Mt. Helix, Mt. Miguel and Cowles mountain. If you enjoy getting out for walks there is a wonderful community of million dollar homes just behind our home that offers stunning panoramic views and cool breezes.

All utilities, Wi-Fi, and cable are included in your monthly fee. You will be able to enjoy central AC/Heat as needed, though not often necessary due the breezes that you get sitting up on a hill
