Main Living Area

Living Room #1: Comfortable seating with a large TV, ideal for family movie nights or adult relaxation.

Dining Room: Spacious table perfect for group meals, conveniently near the kitchen.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining.

Game Room
Second Dining Table: Perfect for game nights, snacks, or additional dining space.
Games: Includes foosball, Connect Four, Xbox, and more for family fun.

Second Living Room: Adjacent to the game room with a 65-inch TV, providing a space for kids while adults enjoy the main living area.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Master Suite: King bed with an en-suite bathroom and TV for added privacy and comfort.

Queen Bedroom #1: Queen bed with a TV, near the main hall.

Queen Bedroom #2: Another queen bed with a TV, close to the shared hall bathroom.

Office/Bedroom: Pull-out couch for extra sleeping or a quiet workspace.

Bunk Room #1: Twin over full and twin over twin bunks, ideal for children or extra guests.

Bunk Room #2: Two full over full bunks, great for groups or families.

En-Suite Master Bathroom: Located in the master suite for privacy.

Main Hall Bathroom: Centrally located, easily accessible for guests.

Hot Tub: The hot tub is available for guests to use after a long day of travel or to relax after a full day of sports at Grand Park.

This house is 100% for the use of the guest

Other Things to Note:
We allow 16 plus people but each group must decide on its own if the layout works.

Hot Tub Rules:
- Shower before use — Lotions, oils, makeup, and sunscreen affect water quality.
- No glass near the hot tub — Please use only plastic cups or cans.
- No food or smoking in or around the hot tub.
- Children must be supervised — No one under 14 should use the hot tub without an adult present.
- Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes per session.
- Do not adjust the water temperature or controls.
- No bubbles, soaps, or bath products — They can damage the filtration system.
- Replace and secure the cover after each use to keep the heat in and debris out.
- Do not use if you are intoxicated, pregnant, or have heart or health concerns — Please consult your doctor if unsure.
- Use at your own risk — The host is not responsible for accidents or injuries related to misuse.
