We were traveling for work so we only needed a place to sleep for a few hours before we left for our next trip. This place was clean and comfortable. The front door sticks a bit, so you have to push it hard to get in. The only suggestion we have for improvement is to get a new mattress. It makes so much noise any time you move and it has a big divot in the middle of it. We would stay here again.

One night stay

I loved the apartment - it was spacious, clean, and conveniently located near many great restaurants and amenities. The parking lot was also a plus. My only complain was they had toiletries but didnt provide soap.Let me know if you'd like any further changes!

Affordable

The place is definitely affordable but not without its quirks. The kitchen smelled like gas/cat litter and there was loud music blaring till 1 am on Saturday. The bed was comfortable- the bathroom mat could use a cleaning and there is no soap in the place. Also no paper towels.

I would not use the word charming or lovely to describe this neighborhood or apartment. It was clean, we felt safe once we were inside, and I know someone put time and effort into the yard, front porch, and interiors as well, but the neighborhood is quite run down and the renovations in the apartment are very DIY with most items looking like they were purchased at a re-sale shop or ripped out of another demo and re-purposed for this one in a patchwork fashion. The mattress MUST be replaced immediately with a BRAND NEW one since it has a big divot in the middle that my daughter and I kept leaning into, and it creaks loudly every time you move. Please leave directions for working the unusual shower head, and leave some paper towels near the kitchen sink.

The VRBO served its purpose for me, as I just needed somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights while I was out most of the time. The place was generally clean, but there were several things to note for future guests.The neighborhood is not upscale, so come with realistic expectations. The house had a musty smell, and some of the amenities could use improvement — the shower isn’t the cleanest and the shower head doesn’t stay in place without adjusting it. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and towels weren’t provided, so plan to bring your own.Parking is in the back, but this wasn’t communicated in advance, which led to a misunderstanding when I first arrived. Clearer communication from the host would have been appreciated. (Instead of violently banging on the door until someone answered) Overall, the space worked for what I needed, but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone looking for comfort or a fresh, well-maintained stay.

Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! However, we are super laid back, so what may have satisfied us may not satisfy everybody else. I’m going to list some things below that were not deal breakers to us, but may be deal breakers for others. - No toiletries (shower soap, shampoo, conditioner. Bring your own) - We encountered a few problems that you probably won’t experience if you book because the host should have updated it, but the code was not provided at first & the checkout time was wrong for us so we were told by the host to leave an hour early, but we honestly didn’t mind. Like I said, host is super communicative so it should not be a huge issue. Once again, super satisfied. Great stay! :)
