We stayed during the middle of October, and the weather was perfect! The location of this suite couldn’t have been better — it’s on the bottom floor and opens right up to the swimming pool, which made it so easy to feed our children or change them whenever needed. Everything was super convenient and accessible. The easy pool access was a huge bonus, and this spot truly had everything we needed. We will most definitely be renting this place again!

Great 1st floor condo

We had a great experience in this condo. Spacious 1st floor condo in a great location. We’ve stayed in other 1st floor condos at Las Palomas and this was by far the best. The location to the pools and the beach was amazing. I’ll definitely be looking to book this condo again in the future. The owner was very communicative and check in was a breeze. The room has sufficient supplies and was wonderful overall.

Family trip

I have been going to Las Palomas for over 10 years, staying in phase I every time and I have to say this is one of my favorite condos. The location is fantastic. Close to garage, and close to the amenities. The host was very in touch and easily accessible. We will book again here in the future.

Another Great Stay

Las Palomas was great as always and the exact room was perfect and accurately represented in the pictures. The patio and access to the pool and beach were worth the increased price. The owner was quick to answers questions and the check-in process was really easy. We're looking forward to staying again soon.

Another great stay at Las Palomas

We absolutely love this unit! This is our second time booking the ground floor Diamonte unit and we love it! The patio is huge and so convenient to store tubes and towels. We never feel like we have to haul everything to the pools since this unit is so close. Everything was very clean, exactly as described and the kitchen was fully stocked with all dishes and appliances we needed to do some cooking. We have stayed in several other units at Las Palomas and this is BY FAR our favorite!

What an amazing Property!

We loved our condo! It was perfect for 2 families. First floor is a MUST. Super kid friendly All around. We plan on coming every year now and staying here. We do recommend bringing your own food and cooking. The resort food is pretty bad. We were warned about that but still wanted to try it. Overall, it was the perfect experience with the property!

Great location, but a little out dated as far as structural goes.

This property was in a great location, end unit to be exact. Definitely made it easier to go back & forth from the pool/beach. However, the inside was a bit worn structurally, i.e. water damage on ceiling, walls, the cold water on one of the sides in the master bath didn't work, the toilet dispenser was broke and the hardware on the showers were loose. It just needs a little TLC. Otherwise, a great vacation was had.

Amazing

Amazing stay! So close to the lazy river,pools, parking, and of course beach. We loved the huge patio! All doors worked fine and locked, AC was cold kitchen was well stocked we cannot wait to come back! Such a fantastic girls getaway. Thank you very much!

Great beach getaway from Las Vegas

If you haven't been to Puerto Penasco, it's only an 8 hour drive from Las Vegas. If you leave in the morning, you can get your toes in the sand by afternoon. This was our second trip to PP and Las Palomas. We spent a LAZY five days. The resort is safe and clean. The wristband system is nice for checking out towels and ordering at the bars/restaurants without carrying a wallet. We brought breakfast food and usually had food from the pool bar for either lunch or dinner then in town, leftovers or snacks for another meal. The Super Ley grocery store isn't far away if you want to stock up. The unit is super convenient if you have kids because it's ground level there's no hauling kids and stuff up and down stairs or elevator. Housekeeping is like a hotel, you can get daily housekeeping if you want. This unit has a washer and dryer which was great to run our swimsuits through mid-vacation. No complaints about the unit at all. It was wonderful!

We were to stay for 4 nights but unexpectedly had to leave after 1. Which was a huge bummer 💾 🌅 😭 . We’d love to return though, it’s a great location on the ground floor and the patio is ridiculously big!

Ground floor

Stay at resort many times. Check in is becoming a major concern as it to others. Was not able to check in until 6pm. Time before that 8pm!!! Sliding doors on condo do not slide well, need maintenance work FYI. Overall great condo to stay at other than check in process. Will look at other resorts moving forward.

Great location!!

Condo was just as advertised- in a great location- poolside. The condo could use a good scrubbing and some upkeep here and there. The main slider was very hard to open and one of the other sliders had the door handle fall off the first time we opened it. But we called the front desk and maintenance was out within 20 minutes and fixed both issues. Warning- Security is a little bit ridiculous if you are in a ground floor unit. Don't plan on sitting outside past about 8pm - even very quietly with just two people talking. They walk by constantly and then tell you to go inside. It's not the owners fault but something to be wary of. We have stayed at LP at least 20 times and have never once had any issues with security, but this was our first time in a ground floor unit. Overall we had a great time, though, and the unit is just as advertised.
