Welcome to Golden Sunrise

Escape to Golden Sunrise, your peaceful lagoon retreat in Gulf Shores! Located at 1506 Sandpiper Lane, this beautifully refreshed 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and outdoor adventure.

Recently painted and thoughtfully updated with new décor, Golden Sunrise feels fresh, welcoming, and ready for your next getaway. The home comfortably accommodates up to 13 guests and features two king suites, two queen bedrooms, and a fun bunk room, giving families and larger groups plenty of space to relax.

Gather around the large farmhouse dining table, with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy meals together, play games, share stories, and make memories.

Nestled directly on the serene Little Lagoon, just off West Beach Blvd, the home offers lovely lagoon views and a peaceful setting away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy easy access to the community pool and private pier, perfect for cooling off, fishing, watching the sunset, or simply enjoying the beautiful lagoon.

When it's time to relax, head downstairs to the spacious area underneath the home—a perfect spot to lounge, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors while taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Great House, perfect location. Plenty of parking, house needs some work, carpets are stained, stairs and upstairs. Deck chairs over half were broken or unstable. The pool chairs as well had many broken. Needed more towels for each bedroom as we had 11 people and only had one towel each all week. Kitchen also had only one wash cloth and 2 drying towels. It would be nice if the unit provided a wagon and beach chairs or paddle boards/kayaks as many neighbors had them with there houses. Other than that very clean, plenty of space, kitchen was stocked minus the towels. Throughly enjoyed our stay

Honestly this was the best home we could have chosen for our family vacation. Very spacious and beautiful inside and out. Great location surrounded by everything you need. Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for us and kept so much sand out our vehicles. My only two complaints would be the ice maker wasn't working and they came out to reset it but still never worked so spent so much money on ice smh. Also only the living room comes with a Roku to stream. A few things were broken like some of the seats inside and outside but didn't mess us up. I will say when I realized that Pickett Properties purchased us 4 Roku sticks and hooked them up for us. We will be using them again if we come back to the area.

Beautiful house on lagoon

My friends and I stayed here and LOVED this place. It is a short walk to the beach and also has a pool and lagoon/dock in the backyard. We had no problems with check-in, cleanliness, or accuracy of listing. The house was spacious and was perfect for my group. Would love to stay here again!

Great but some neighbor issues.

Somebody was swimming till 1:00 one night and 5:00 in the morning the next night. They were very loud and I couldn’t go to sleep. I called the police about 3:00 they kept quiet after they left for about hour then started screaming again

The house was very nice and roomy. There were many things that needed updated. We couldn't use the balcony chairs because they were unsafe to sit in. Down stairs there's no comfortable furniture and an outdated barbecue pit. The shrubbery was so tall it blocked the view of the dock from downstairs. The tv's in the bedrooms weren't working but the maintenance crew fixed two of them but one bedroom had no tv all week. Dishes and silverware could use updating. We enjoyed our stay but would have been better with good outdoor furniture .

Great location, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough for convenience on a dining or entertainment venture. Close to beach, yet community pool access very close and a great compliment to a non-beach day. Home is very roomy, lots of space and we had plenty of room for everyone (7 adults and 3 kids). All the other renters in the little cul-de-sac, who also had access to community pool and the fishing deck, were really great “vacation neighbors”. Between the Gulf Beach, Community Pool, sandy area by pool on the Lagoon and the Fishing Dock - plenty of amenities at our fingertips. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies for our needs. We only had two large SUVs, but parking and the ground level space was very ample and convenient for cooking out and also hanging out, cleaning off (water spikes for sand ocean off) stuff and just hanging out at the table/swing. We were very pleased and would highly recommend. A few things to be aware of that may not be evident in description but nothing that impacted our stay very much: one bedroom refers to sleeper sofa chair, there was none and the chair option is a recliner. Also, pictures show TVs in rooms, but none are hooked up to cable tv nor are smart TVs to stream - Only TV for streaming and show watching is in the Living Room.
