This newly renovated home has four spacious bedrooms. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. There are two bedrooms located on the second floor. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and the fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and one twin-size beds. All four bedrooms have TVs and clothes storage.

-- BATHROOMS --
There are two full bathrooms. The first one is located downstairs in between the two downstairs bedrooms. The second bathroom is located upstairs and is attached to the fourth bedroom. All bathrooms include towels and essential toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner).

-- KITCHEN --
After a day of exploring beautiful Northwest Arkansas, settle in for the night and prepare your favorite meal in the fully loaded kitchen with everything you’ll need for cooking and baking. Plus there’s plenty of seating in the dining room for the whole crew to gather around and dine.

Sip on morning coffee or tea on the wraparound porch and soak up the serenity of living on 5 acres. Complimentary coffee and tea provided.

- NO Parties or Gatherings: Absolutely no parties or gatherings. Sojora uses a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the unit to detect parties. Sojora has a zero-tolerance policy, and if a party has been detected, your reservation will be terminated without a refund and you will be charged a fee of $500.


- NO Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs) is never allowed at this property. This applies to the entire house, including the balcony or patio, as well as all outdoor areas of the house. Sojora properties may be monitored with marijuana and tobacco sensors. Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 fee.


- Pets: Dogs only. If an unauthorized pet is detected, the guest will be charged a $500 fee, and the reservation will be canceled.
