Set ON Beaver Lake, this fully renovated contemporary home boasts a sunlit interior with two luxury bedrooms, a loft, an open concept living room, a fully stocked kitchen and more!

When you walk through our front door, you'll enter into a hallway with hooks for your belongings. In this space you'll also find our washer and dryer! Walk a little further and you'll see our open concept living, dining and kitchen area.
In the living room, you'll be greeted by stunning wood-slatted walls and huge floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains. Here you'll find a massive sectional, lounge chair, gas fireplace and 50-inch Samsung TV with Vizio sound bar.Â
To the left of the living room, you'll see our 8-top dining table sitting in a bank of windows. Between the dining and kitchen areas is a large island with two barstools. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal or baked good. Looking to get your day started the right way? Our coffee station is stocked and ready for you to make the perfect cup.
After a long day out on the lakes and trails, settle into one of our 5 luxury beds:
(1) Our Primary bedroom features a King-size bed, dresser, closet and large en suite bath with a large bathtub.
(2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet and nearby bath. Up in the loft,
(3-5) this space has two Queen-size beds, a Full-size pullout bed, a closet, a desk area and an en suite bath.Â
Out back, enjoy the sweeping views and some fresh air from our private deck! Here, you'll find two 4-top dining tables, 4 lounge chairs and a Weber grill. Below the deck, you'll have access to our fire pit and nearby hammock. To reach Beaver Lake, you can take the long, steep path from our backyard. Please proceed with caution!

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note that the docks in the cove are privately owned and not available for guest use. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.
Other Things to Note:
â This home has satellite Wi-Fi connection and signal strength can depend on weather.
â The lake can be accessed through our backyard, but the path is long and steep. Proceed with caution.
â Once at the property, the nearest boat ramp is War Eagle Marina (0.8 mi), the nearest grocery store is Aldi (12 mi) and the nearest liquor store is Two Sisterz Liquor (6.6 mi).
â Water levels are subject to change at any time due to environmental factors outside of the hostâs control which may impact the accessibility and appearance of the lake. Cancellations due to water levels will not be honored outside of the cancellation policy. Guests are solely responsible for preparing for their stays accordingly by checking water levels ahead of their stays.
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
-There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiâFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
