Host was amazing, house was so clean and tidy. Even had things for us to do on our down time from Santa’s wonderland. Our car battery went dead in the driveway and he helped us get a new one and on our way. I definitely recommend this house!

We rented this for my son’s graduation and it was perfect. Close to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean and included everything we needed. Will be back!

House just like description.I went back and forth about 4 or 5 stars. I am giving it 5 stars but there are some things that need attention. Most importantly— the bedding. The sheets and comforters were all microfiber/polyester. Personally, I find these to be cheap and get hot. A good cotton quilt and sheets would be an easier and more restful solution.Towels were great! Mattresses good. Lamps in all bedrooms would be nice and make it feel more “homey.”Toilet paper— only 2 and a half rolls were provided for the weekend. Not enough for a house of 8 people. We had to share the last roll between the two bathrooms on the last day.Trash bags— only one provided for the entire stay. It filled up fast.I messaged maybe 5 days out and requested they use lower toxic cleaners. They were unable because the house had already been cleaned, but did offer to cancel my stay. I said it was okay, but two of us did have headaches on and off all weekend. Fabuloso will do that. So if low tox cleaners are your preference be sure to ask way out in advance.The backyard toys and art’s & crafts were a nice touch for the kids.Over all this house was nice. Will I come back? Yes, but I do think a little more attention to small details would make it even better. Location great. Felt safe.

Clean, Quiet, and Spacious
We are frequent visitors to College Station and we stayed here this time. It will not be the last time. The house and yard are very well maintained; everything was spotless. There is plenty of room and amenities. It is so nice to return from a trip with all clean clothes because there was a washer and dryer. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and serve them. Communication with the hosts, James and Crystal was seamless, helpful, friendly, and prompt. We hope it is available next time we visit.

We stayed here to attend a football game. The location was great to get to the stadium and grocery stores. The house is also very spacious and clean. Perfect for our group of 6.
