Welcome to Gig 'Em Lane! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was built in 2025 and offers the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and entertainment. The Texas A&M campus, Baylor Scott & White Hospital, restaurants, grocery stores, and more are 5-15 minutes away.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, this home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals, grilling, a coffee bar, a surround sound system, and so much more!

Host was so accommodating! Wonderful amenities, well equipped kitchen, new and clean, super fun garage games/activities. Large master suite. Great access to highway, stores and restaurants. About 15 minutes from A&M campus.

Ballpark Haven

This property was great for our family visiting in the area for a softball tournament. The hostess really went above and beyond with the details in the house. It was decorated beautifully and made us feel right at home. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and we all slept well. There was a welcome basket of goodies waiting for us, a coffee bar we enjoyed so much, and the most amazing towels/robes! We enjoyed all the games as a family and we will definitely stay again if we have a tournament in the area!

We had such an outstanding stay at Gig ‘em lane! It was new and very clean. Abby was such a wonderful host, very responsive, had a clear welcome manual, beautiful furnishings and absolutely went the extra mile on everything! The place was by far one of the most well stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at, and the welcome basket and embroidered towels was such a nice homey touch! Plus the garage was full of games, air hockey, foosball and ping pong that we definitely enjoyed! The only two negatives during our stay was it was a little bit of a drive from Kyle Field/Northgate, but the neighborhood was nice and peaceful. And the master bedroom was a bit bright for our liking (even at midnight due a to a bright street lamp behind the house), so some black out curtains would definitely help. Otherwise I still give it 5 stars for all the positives and would highly recommend for any families needing a comfy place to stay in College Station! We would definitely come back!

Great property. Extremely clean and new. Coffee bar was a great touch and much appreciated. This owner takes the time to present a welcoming environment, from the basket of water and snacks to the well lit colorful lights on the eves of the home. Great walking path around the subdivision as well. 5 Stars.
