Profitez de votre maison loin de chez vous et détendez-vous. cet endroit a un lit queen et un canapé-lit confortable pour s'asseoir et profiter d'un DVD ou d'une émission de télévision. La petite salle de bains comprend un grand réfrigérateur / congélateur pour votre bière fraîche et un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain et une cafetière pour vos besoins. Il n'y a pas de cuisine officielle. Un lavabo de douche et piédestal pour profiter d'un petit endroit. Internet sans fil et la télévision par câble aident à faire de cet endroit ce que vous vouliez. Un gril extérieur est disponible si vous voulez faire un peu de gril.

Ceci est une suite de deux pièces complètement privée avec une porte avant et arrière et un parking couvert pour votre véhicule. Un bureau est là pour votre travail informatique.

Convenient location

This place is near the areas of Billings we need with less than a 10 minute drive usually. The room is clean. The owner is quick to respond to needs and made changes to fit our schedule. You can hear noises from close rental neighbors, so a fan for some white noise would be helpful.

Photos posted by owner of the Excecutive do not accurately depict the current condition of this property. It is extremely dated. Absolutely needs a dedicated "kitchen sink!" The lack of one is never revealed in the description! Not a fan of doing dishes in a bathroom sink.

Short term stay

This was a good place to stay for a short time. The bed was very comfortable. The couch was pretty old and sagging but there were bar stools to sit on. There is no thermostat on this side of the house, though there was a space heater which helped and the owner turned up the heat for me when I let him know. Communication with the owner was fast and it was great to have a covered parking spot. Easy to get to shopping nearby, but quiet and out of the way of the street it sits on. I would stay here again if it was just me though not if I wanted more of a place to hang out

Thanks for your honest review. We changed the couch out as it had seen better days. We also have added an air fryer for cooking lovers.

needs a few more basics but worth the $$$

It's a very nice little apt., in a great location, I saw online before I got there that it needed some more lamps & I'm glad I brought some, (I never have enough but really they could use a few more as it tends to be a bit dark with high-up windows, they have over head lighting but lamps are so much nicer & make a better atmosphere. + I brought some wastebaskets (I never have enough) and a few other things to make it more my "home away" for 2 weeks. Also very happy I thought to bring fans (they should have at least one) as the AC is controlled by the people in the adjacent rental (they went away for the weekend & left me with no AC) & I needed more cool air....so because I was prepared, all was well. Others may not be so detail oriented.....a very clean & cozy & cute place, just needed a few more items for comfort...other than that it was well worth the value paid and if they'll have me I'd love to come back again. Also the covered parking was wonderful!!! It's nice as sometimes there is hail in the area and I knew my car would be safe so that was great!!! Overall a very good experience and I highly recommend it, just bring a few extra items if you can to make it brighter & cooler.

Nice Place

This was a nice little place. Spencer the host contacted me the day before we arrived and gave us the entry code. He was very helpful and checked with us a couple times to see if we needed anything. The property was comfortable and quite with off street parking . We will stay again if our travels take us that way.

My sister and I were visiting friends in Montana, we are from Calif. So the commute anywhere was so easy, It was right down the road from our friends , we did not know that when we booked, so it was meant to be. Everything you need was there, we were very comfortable, we would definitely book it again!!

Best stay ever

My husband and I stayed here for 8 days we really enjoyed our stay. It's a cute, clean and charming one bedroom with lots of space .Spencer was amazing to deal with. We plan on staying with Spencer's bnb when we come to Billings that's our new home away from homes I highly recommend it. Thank you Spencer for your time and sharing your bnb with us .

We had everything we needed and I was impressed with how cleverly arranged the space is. Bonus: covered parking! We slept wonderfully. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Martin, the host, is accommodating and friendly.

Returned to Billings for a short stay for business and pleasure. Spencer's place just what I needed for a very reasonable price, on the east side and walkable to anything I needed and a five minute drive to downtown. Covered parking if you need that and nicely appointed.

Conference stay for less

I was able to book my stay with VRBO through the reservation line. I stayed in a very nice one-bedroom apartment. It was equipped with a refrigerator, toaster oven, toaster and microwave. I loved all the attention to details from extra napkins and paper plates to toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something at home. It was only 9 minutes from where my conference was, and i didn't have to pay a huge expense for a hotel. If I was going to stay longer, I probably would want a full kitchen, but this worked for what I needed. I had to add a day to my reservation, and my host was very accommodating and easy to work with. I would stay again!

Our experience at this VRBO was a very good one, and we recommend it to anyone needing to stay for a longer term, vacation and/or while working. It's clean and comfortable, quiet and felt quite safe. Good location. For one or two people, it is great - -- if you had three in in the unit it might get a little crowded, but would still work fine. Our host, Spencer, even left us snacks and bottled water! ... nice touch!!

Great Location and Very Quiet

We come to Billings every year to visit family and decided to rent a home instead of a hotel. Great decision! This place was extremely quiet and the bed was SO comfortable- and we are extremely picky about our beds. Very convenient location and Spencer is absolutely wonderful. He’s right there whenever we needed him! Highly recommended!

This was perfect! The host was great and the property was clean and decorated so nicely!

It was a perfect place for us to say while we visited! There is a carport to park in which is fantastic. The owner was very quick to respond and very gracious. They made sure we had what we needed before we arrived and were very accommodating. The place is clean, well decorated, is well set up in general and had extra mirrors and even had some info on Billings. I am so glad we stayed here vs a hotel! We stayed with our two kids and it worked great. If we are ever back visiting again and need a place to stay I would easily stay here again. Thanks!
