Adorable bungalow walking distance to vibrant downtown, hospital, and Salina’s best restaurants. Less than a mile to Kenwood Cove, the Event Center, and just over a mile to KWU. Three generously-sized bedrooms - 2 with King Bed, (there is a youth bed if needed), and one with a Full over Queen Bunk bed. Screened in Patio, finished basement with a Theatre (120" screen), bouncy house for kids, card/game table. Huge living room with another TV area and lots of play room. Three eating area choices: Formal, in kitchen, and outside patio.

Perfect location for a family stay in Salina. There was plenty of room for everyone in our family. We only had a weekend stay, but this unit would also work very well for a longer stay. All typical amenities were there, and the huge family theater area in the basement would be a hit with kids.

Great home away from home!

This property was perfect for us and our extended family to stay for our son's celebration. The home has tons of space and is very clean. We were able to be all together, but also had our own spaces if we needed some quiet time to ourselves. The dogs loved the fenced yard. We definitely recommend this property!!

Wedding Weekend

Six adults were comfortable for the two nights we stayed. It was a nice surprise to find a second shower in the basement. Having recliners in the sofa was a nice treat for my cousin. The location was great. Walking distance to my sister's house and my mother's facility.
