The loft, designed with precision, caters to the younger generation with two twin mattresses.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Unbelievable home

Unbelievablly beautiful modern construction home, loved the concrete floors, bedrooms, showers. Outdoor fire pit, patio, and hot tub only made things better outside. Staying here made our trip one we will never forget.

Great stay in a unique upscale modern custom home

We truly enjoyed our stay in Moab Modern. The house features uncluttered contemporary spaces with outstanding views of nearby sandstone cliffs. Morning sun streams in through high windows making for bright mornings then deep eaves and custom blinds let you manage the light throughout the rest of day. The kitchen is fully outfitted including AllClad pots and pans, Henckels knives, Bertazzoni appliances, and about everything we needed so that meal prep almost like home. A huge top-quality tv and comfortable sofas in the living room made for great movie night after a day’s adventuring on the amazing surrounding desert canyons. The house is situated on a large lot in a somewhat rural setting a few miles outside of Moab which gave us privacy to enjoy having blinds open throughout the day and evenings without concern. We did have some minor issues with the readiness of the house for our visit but the property management company was extremely responsive. We would recommend this rental to our friends and will plan to stay here again when we return to Moab in the future if it is available.

This was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. The luxury of the inside is perfectly complimented by the beautiful red rock backdrop of the outside. Everything was perfect and the hosts went out of their way to make everything perfect. We will definitely be back!

Everything was beautiful- watched the sunrise, and it’s far enough from Moab proper to feel like you’re in the country, but it’s only a 5 minute drive. Went great

A beautifully designed property, modern, clean, and close to Moab. Pictures accurately reflect the property. Lots of personal touches which makes it feel like you are in your own house. Beds were comfortable and the house was nicely stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Management company was highly responsive.We would definitely rent again the next time we are in Moab.
