Set on 175 acres of mostly open space and perfectly positioned in the heart of Moab’s stunning landscape, it places adventure right at your doorstep — with unbeatable access to the iconic Slickrock mountain biking trail, sandstone hikes, and thrilling four-wheeling on Hell’s Revenge Trail.
Ride your UTV's or mountain bikes directly from the home to the Sand Flats Recreation District located just down the road and downtown Moab's restaurants, shops and services are just 2 miles away. Every detail of our Casita has been carefully curated for comfort and style, featuring high-end furnishings and thoughtfully selected designer touches that make every stay feel extraordinary.

–Good to Know– •Traveling with a group and need a little more space? We also manage the home next door (same layout and amenities) - please reach out for information! •Oversized garage parking for vehicles, UTV's and some trailers - 108" clearance, 280" wide, 24' 6" deep •Driveway parking for extra vehicles and nearby parking available for large trailers and oversized vehicles. Please note there are HOA parking rules. A maximum of 4 cars is allowed and vehicle information must be provided before arrival. •Lionsback Club Amenities, including the pool, are not available to guests. These are privately owned.
–About Your Host– Moab Vacation Rental Collective (VRC), is a professional management company that takes pride in delivering a consistent, high-quality experience across all of our homes. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Great location to town. Wonderful views and away from the crowd of town. Easy close access to the salt flats for off roading, sunsets and star gazing.

Thanks for a clean, comfortable, and modern place to stay while we toured around Moab. We enjoyed using the Mesa as our home base while exploring the parks. The home was just as pictured, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub!

The house exceeded all expectations. The convenience of check-in and the detailed information provided were very helpful. The views were amazing. There are so many incredible details in the house (speakers, electric blinds, the huge bathrooms, the privacy) and the hot tub was a huge hit. The beds, linens, and towels were all very comfy. It felt like we were at a spa. Totally a first class experience all the way!

My family and I loved the house. It is in an amazing location with exceptional views of the red rocks. Just minutes from town and from Arches and Canyonlands NPs. Perfect base location with stunning views in its own right. Accommodations inside were every bit comfortable, well appointed, and in keeping with a house at this price point. Would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend for your stay in Moab
From the onset the home was everything we read and expected , brand new , clean luxury in the heart of Moab. We’ve stayed at fancy resorts previously,but this was a much better fit for our grown children and us. The home was outfitted with everything you could need . Great communication with management. Great location, nice bedding and towels.I would highly recommend this grouping of homes at Lionback

We rented both of these homes for 3 nights for my 40th birthday family adventure. The location is incredible right next to Hells Revenge - you can sit out back / front all day and watch people UTVing. The homes are literally brand new they feel totally unused but have just enough character and amenities not to feel to sterile. Very comfortable beds and high end kitchen appliances. Loved the welcome snacks and coffee beans. The rental team was super responsive and helpful in working through some extra requests. Plentiful amount of towels and toiletries. Loved being able to use the hot tubs - kids loved them. The neighborhood is very quiet - still being built out but it felt like most of the homes were empty. We didn't attempt or navigate any of the trails around the neighborhood but saw some people walking. A bit of a splurge but highly recommend for a luxury experience in Moab!
