The Treehouse · Huge 85" TV & Star Deck! Must See!

Stylish new cozy cabin for couples or families. The Treehouse is nestled in the pine trees for the perfect getaway. Enjoy soaking in the hot tub and unique star deck. Equipped with 85 inch, 65 inch, and 55 inch TVs to enjoy your favorite shows while away. Our cabin is very pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee and welcome your furry family members. When you're ready to venture out, the amenities of Hochatown and Broken Bow are just a short drive away. Come enjoy our cabin! 2 level property with primary bedroom on the first floor and full-size bathroom including double shower heads and soaking tub. On the second floor there's a queen sized bed pull out on the couch and two full-sized built-in beds, and a full bath with a beautiful tiled shower. Enjoy endless hot water with our tankless water heater. Included on the second floor is a private star deck with loungers and a table for fun family time. Also, there is a workspace with high speed internet if you need to check-in with work or other obligations during your stay. Property includes large circle drive, making parking with a trailer a breeze! This is a very family friendly cabin, included are utensils for children, a high chair, and a rocker in the primary bedroom.

The Treehouse was a great stay and I highly recommend it! Everything was comfortable, clean, and roomy. It was a more secluded cabin also which was a big plus! The upstairs is a loft area with two queen beds built in the wall and were very nice. The couch upstairs and downstairs also pulled out into beds.

If there was a 0 it still would not be a choice. When we got to the cabin it was FILTHY. It had not been cleaned. Dog hair EVERYWHERE!! All over the sheets. We could not even sleep on them. We arrived at 8:30 pm and were up till 11:00 washing and drying sheets to sleep on. We were trying to make it. The next morning we got up and saw there was hair everywhere. We swept and to no avail. Dust pans filled with hair. Clumps of dog hair on the wall. My granddaughter was on her hands and knees with a paper towel trying to clean the nastiness of the upstairs floor. This was a Christmas present to them. Well poor babies. We vacated the premises and had to rent another entire cabin. The owners would not work with us. A refund was requested and their answer was - we will refund the cleaning fee. Really!!! In the short time we were there it was left cleaner than when we entered. DO NOT STAY HERE! HORRIBLE HOST!!!

Bad communication

The overall stay was ok. The neighborhood driving in is very rough so beware. The property is tucked away and is very nice. The upstairs AC was not working and was reading 79 degrees. Mind you most of sleeping quarters are upstairs. I reached out to let property owner know around 5:00pm and did not get a message back until 10pm saying we are on our way. They “fixed” it and after they left, not even 20 min later, the ac went out. Now I understand things go wrong but when I wait until the next morning to contact you and I don’t hear anything until the next morning about checkout requirements, that is unacceptable. If you can’t fix ac, have the courage to respond and let me know. It’s also a newer house so not a fully loaded kitchen. They have a lot of things but not like a lot of established long renting homes. Might pack accordingly
