Charmante maison 2 chambres au cœur de Nashville ! Proche du centre

ABOUT THIS SPACE
A Natures Getaway is nestled in the woods in a quiet setting within 4 miles of the heart of Nashville. The space is decorated cute and the space is cozy, comfy and homey. Newly renovated charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom, Kitchenette, and an outdoor patio sitting area.
Downtown Nashville and the Brown County Playhouse are about a 7 minute drive away while the Brown County Music Center and Hard Truth Distillery are also a short drive away.
IT IS FOOTBALL SEASON AND WE ARE AN EASY DRIVE TO THE STADIUM
THE SPACE
The space is approximately 5 acres of open beautiful woods and open nature and a couple of short walking trails. There is a covered patio with comfortable seating for four. There is a kitchenettle that has the necessities for cooking a simple meal. The kitchenette is provided with a refridgerator, microwave, plates/silverware/glassware, a keurig coffee pot with pods and water, an air fryer and a toaster.
There is a Blackstone grill, charcoal grill and a propane fireplace with seating.
The bathroom has a bathtub with a full tile shower walls and glass doors. Shamppo/Conditioner/bodywash are provided. There is also an iron and a blow dryer provided.
In the winter, my husband has a skid steer that he clears the snow with so winter months are accessible.
We also have a garage for MOTORCYCLES to park in! We have also parked guests cars in the garage when we know it is going to storm!
GUEST ACCESS
Full access to the lower level of the house (1200 sq ft), covered patio, yard, creek and short walking trails.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Bloomington, IU Campus, Monroe Lake, Lake Lemon are also about a 15-30 mintue drive away.
Indianapolis International Airport is less than an hour away.
We do have 3 beautiful German Shepherds. They are the most friendly and caring dogs and they LOVE having guests.

We had a wonderful girl’s getaway at Nature’s getaway! Everything was exceptionally clean, cozy and comfortable! Teresa was an absolute doll, and even served as DoorDash, delivering food to us from a place where she was dining! The setting was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside, looking at the pretty leaves and wildlife. We would highly recommend!

You won’t find better Hosts. Place was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable and the towels are top notch. Location is close to all local attractions. Will definitely be back. We actually gained friends on this trip. Thanks for everything Teresa and Don! Very much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The owners were very accommodating and the best hosts. We stayed two nights. I will say best 2 nights sleep I ever had away from home. The fire pit was perfect for relaxing after traveling. On Saturday we went tailgating at IU and to the football game. The drive to IU was a nice scenic 15 mins drive. If you are coming down to visit IU, Nashville or just want to get a way. This little place is perfect!

This was an amazingly sweet find. We were celebrating our 18th Anniversary and this was a person. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with essentials you may have forgotten at home. Owners were so kind and responsive. We were close to everything, but in a peaceful environment. Highly recommended.

Great accommodations, very close to the North Entrance to Brown County Park. Hosts were great. They were proactive to provide the check-in information and provided great advice about local bars/restaurants. There is only a kitchenette, but that was all that we needed for our short stay.

We felt like we were at our own home. The hosts thought of everything you could need or want for your stay. We loved it there and we certainly plan to visit again. Our hosts were great! (and their three amigos!) Thanks for a wonderful visit.

This listing was well beyond our expectations. My two friends and I have stayed in Nashville several times and we’ve found advertising can sometimes be a bit exaggerated. That is not the case with A Nature’s Getaway! Cleanliness was top-notch in all areas. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and coffee and the microwave and small refrigerator served us well, as we had our meals downtown. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and the comfy chairs! And the beds were ever so comfortable! Our hosts, along with their “furry” children, stopped by for a short visit to say hello and make sure we had everything we needed. Parking was close for ease in loading and unloading our luggage. We’ll revisit, for sure! MS Eaton, Ohio

Teresa is a fantastic host! Great communication! Property was just as described and perfect for two couples. While close enough to town, the setting is extremely peaceful and relaxing with zero noise! They have 3 great dogs that were very friendly. Highly recommend this property! We will be back!

If I could give this property 100 stars I would. Everything about our stay was perfect. The accommodations, the communication, the dogs, and especially the hosts. The hosts recommended restaurants, things to do in the area, and sat out on the patio with us just talking about life. The three dogs were an extra bonus who guarded us and gave us love. We are already looking at dates to book again. If you are in the Nashville, Indiana area, this is the place to stay!

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We loved their dogs, and they were very friendly. You are staying on their property, so if you are not a dog person, this may not work for you. We had a wonderful time and would recommend.

My husband was raised on this property and so were our four grown children! If the walls could talk…you would hear some amazing stories! We love the area because of the woods and plenty of nature to observe. We are close to all of towns fun activites but yet not in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our property is unique because we are not far from all of the activities of Little Nashvile but we set quaint in the woods with privacy and a flowing creek out front. Nature is fun to watch from the cute private porch right outside your door.
