September Shore Getaway

The property was clean and had all of the necessary amenities for our stay. The location is perfect, especially with small children to get and forth from the house to the boardwalk and/or the beach.

Very clean and updated. We enjoyed sitting on the deck. Appreciated the deck box inside front door to store deck cushions when it rained to keep them dry. Great location a short walk from the boardwalk/beach. Parking for 2 vehicles in the deep garage and one vehicle in the driveway. Leave very heavy luggage at home because it is several flights of stairs to get to the front door. Liked the nice lawn out back since we had our dog along and there really isn’t much grass in the area if you go for a walk. Since the door is a keypad, it would be easier to have entry info sent by email at checkin time. We hit bad traffic and I barely made it by the cutoff time to the realtor office. Would definitely stay here again.

Right next to the boards

Great condo right next to the boards. Nice and clean and comfortable. We were 6 adults and plenty of room. Communication with the real estate agent was great. Only con is you must walk up 3 flights of steps to the second floor which was a bit difficult for my in-laws. Would definitely stay here again

Great place for our week in September

We had a great time in this clean, comfortable, spacious (and pet friendly) place. We had 4 people, so the three bedrooms provided plenty of space The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, cooking gear and all the usual appliances. The location was convenient to the boardwalk and neighborhood restaurants as well. Many within walking distance. Communication with the rental agency was clear and precise. The VRBO listing listed a hot tub but there wasn't. Not a deal breaker for us, but it would have been nice.

War at the Shore weekend

This was a great location and well appointed home. The property is just as described. The kitchen had every appliance and utensil needed for an enjoyable stay. Being out of season we weren’t able to enjoy the deck but that was understandable. Very easy to communicate with owner. Being as there is a digital lock on the property it seemed pointless to have to go to realtor to check in when the information could be sent via email.

New, clean, and great location

We had a family of 8, four adolescents (ages 3-15), plus 4 adults. It fit our needs really well. The pictures don't do justice to the feel of the place. Since most of your time will likely be at attractions and the beach, this apartment was a place we all looked foward to retreating to after a day of sightseeing. Furniture was nice, and there were smart tvs in many rooms if needed for downtime. Unlike a lot of other houses in the area, this was well-cared for and was so updated as to seem new. There is a spacious garage for securing vehicles (can likely fit two normal sedans in there, it's so deep), an outdoor shower for cleaning off sand, and this apartment is on the top for a great view of the attractions and for general family time. You do likely have neighbors below and adjacent to you, but that can be a good thing too. We got along well with ours. We didn't really have any cons, though we wished the beds were not as firm, and the neighborhood glaringly looks way less updated than this house. That's about it.

Location Location Location

We are a family of 7 and we really enjoyed our stay. One of the best attributes of this property is the location; it's so close to the boardwalk and beach. 5 stars for cleanliness and spaciousness as well. We highly recommend staying at this location.
