This is a condo-style unit situated within a multi-unit building. You’ll enjoy a private and comfortable stay, though, like most condos, there may be occasional ambient noise from surrounding units as part of the shared living environment.
Please note: The game room is situated between two bedrooms, with no doorways separating them. A futon is placed in the center of the space.

-Guests can enjoy access to a refreshing, community-shared pool during their stay. The pool is maintained at 82 degrees and is seasonal, closing in mid-September and reopening on Memorial Day weekend.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.
Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.

Great Stay!
Great place for a group stay. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Tons of space with large rooms and a well-stocked kitchen. The bathrooms were stocked with commonly forgotten essentials, which was wonderful! Walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. The management team had great communication and checked in to make sure all needs were met. Highly recommend this place! Side notes: we did not initially realize this place was connected to other units, so we could hear the neighbors a bit, but this was not bothersome to us. If you have small kids, I recommend bringing a baby gate to block off the stairs. Lastly, going up the stairs is the only way in, and may be challenging for those with mobility issues.
