The Space:

This home features 4 bedrooms each conveniently having an ensuite bath, and a 1/2 bath on the main level.. The two upstairs bedrooms have the primary bedroom which has a king bed with ensuite bath, the guest room upstairs with 2 single beds and an ensuite bath. The two lower level bedrooms feature a queen bed in each, one with a day bed, each with ensuite bathrooms.



There is air conditioning on the main floor and the upstairs bedrooms.



** Due to the location of this home please note this property can only be accessed with 4x4 or AWD vehicles. Firewood is not provided**



Other Things to Note:

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.



- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds.



-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions. We will not be responsible for vehicles that get stuck on their way to the home.



-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.



-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.



-Damage waiver - The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
