Welcome to Tradewinds 503, your serene Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach. Perched on the 5th floor, this beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers stunning direct views of the Gulf of Mexico from every window, providing the perfect backdrop for your beach vacation. Relax to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore as you unwind in this cozy coastal haven.

The Primary suite beckons with a cozy Queen-sized bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring restful nights of sleep after days spent exploring the beach and beyond. In the living room, a comfortable sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space, while a set of Twin hall bunks offers cozy accommodations for younger travelers or additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals, and you can enjoy dining at the table or out on the balcony while taking in the Gulf views.

Tradewinds offers a cozy, convenient getaway spot for those looking to enjoy the beauty of the Gulf Coast. The standout feature is the swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, providing a unique swimming experience regardless of the weather. A grilling area is also available for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking and dining.

Parking
Tradewinds does require parking passes. The complex charges $33/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. Your parking passes will be on the counter in the kitchen upon arrival. Fill this out completely and place it VISIBLY on your vehicle's dashboard.
No parking of trailers, RVs, or watercraft allowed onsite.

Nice place. Only negative comment would be about the bunk beds. Very short and very hard. The kids rather sleep on the pull out sofa. That should tell you something

Condo was smaller than I thought. Old condominium, many items were missing from the pictures such as curtain and rug in master, coffee table and pillows missing in living room and the living room tv was much, much smaller than the one in the picture. Hallway bunks were crib size. WiFi was in and out all week.Property issues were no communication about parking pass. I paid 30 with the security officer to make sure I wouldn’t get towed just to come find out they were in the room and could not get a refund. I emailed VHC regarding the security officer as she told my boys no football at the pool or she will evict us and she knows what room we are in. I went to talk to her about the conversation with my boys and she got in my face. Told her she should have shown them the sign that says so instead of threat of eviction. Never heard back from host’s rental company. Condo was more of an efficiency to me. View was amazing, balcony was sticky.

Property was great except for them stupid ass elevators on that property that were broke every other day it seemed like.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay. Perfect location. Beautiful view. Peaceful and Restful. Easy access to the beach. Clean inside and out. I think some people made too big of a deal over the mold in the bathroom. There was a small area on the ceiling, but no big deal. It was clean overall, and the caretakers were very kind about my forgetting to text until late in the day that we had locked the door and checked out early that morning. Very polite owner as well. We would love to go back there someday.

The condo was very nice and clean only thing was the elevator broke down halfway through the trip but they fixed it within a day! Very nice and great community and communication!

Great stay

The condo was exactly as pictured! Clean and welcoming! The balcony view was perfect! Aside from the pool area being under construction/ maintenance during our stay we really enjoyed it especially being within steps from the beach. There is a rinse off shower area right by the beach entrance to rinse off from sand which is super convenient. Great place would stay again! Thanks.

Not the best spring break trip

Nice condo except garbage disposal didn’t work and balcony couldn’t be used due to construction on pool area and the constant noise from said machinery. Was notified a week before check in that pool wouldn’t be available during spring break due to construction. Very poor planning.

Amazing the condo was very clean and exactly as pictured! Had no issues at time I needed to contact the owners, almost always got immediate response. Check in was so easy! This will be our go to place from now on!

Perfect family vacation

The condo was exactly how it was listed online, including pictures. It’s definitely a basic condo, the view was awesome to have with coffee in the morning. We made dinners at the condo, definitely bring the basics with you such as salt/pepper. I made coffee but thankfully I brought ground coffee and coffee filters. I also brought an extra trash bag and toilet paper roll since no extra were provided. I do believe we paid way more than we should have but we did have an amazing family vacation overall. Communication with management was great and check in was the best process ever we have had! Would stay here again.

A nice place to stay needs a few tweaks

Overall the stay was nice and we had a great vacation. The property was as listed. The location was great and the beach access was easy. There were a few things that we were disappointed in for the amount of money paid. There was mold in both bathrooms. Above the shower in the main bathroom and inside the on/off knob in the master bathroom. The sofa-bed mattress was stained and had no mattress protector on it. There were very few electric outlets and the ones that they did have were hard to access for chargers, fans, etc. We were asked to get out of the pool multiple times so they could add chemicals to it which is fine but the pool is only open from 9am-10pm so you would think they could get that done before or after hours.

Very happy with our stay!

We have stayed in this building before and love it. The condo was clean. It was perfect for our family of 4. No issues at all. Communication with the management was great as well. Would definitely recommend.

great little condo, not clean

Used ear plugs in the master bedroom floor along with trash, shower was dirty, kitchen drawers had crumbs and food inside. Beds very uncomfortable, especially the bottom bunk. It wasn’t even a mattress. Wouldn’t book this room again, but enjoyed the building.
