The Space:

Welcome to Clinton, a 3-bedroom duplex in the Lower East Side, spanning over 1200 sq. ft. This modern apartment includes two bedrooms, a converted queen bedroom, a den with a convertible sofa, and two bathrooms equipped with heated floors and premium toiletries. The living space is bright, featuring large windows, a dining area, and a kitchen with all essentials. Unique to this unit are two private backyards, totaling 1300 sq. ft., perfect for relaxation or hosting. Enjoy full access to the condo and building amenities like the fitness room and rooftop terrace with grilling area. For added peace of mind, a 24-hour doorman is at your service.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

The property is for sale; 1–2 scheduled tour days per week may occur with at least 24 hours’ notice, and guests may need to vacate for open houses.



Minimum lease term is 6 months (up to 12–24 months), furnished is preferred, and utilities are not included.



Please note that all stays require owner and condo board approval, including a background check with a 72-hour notice. A condo board application fee of $2,215 (non-refundable) applies.



The third queen bedroom is a converted former walk-in closet with its own entrance and privacy blinds.



The Neighborhood:

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property for an additional fee. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.

Monthly Housekeeping Policy:

For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.

Security Deposit Policy:

- Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold

- Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold

- Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent



All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
