Fantastic location! The space was bigger than expected and more than met the needs of our group (7). The host was attentive and accessing the apartment was incredibly easy.

Excellent location only 1 block from the Moynihan Train Hall and MSG. Perfect when taking the train to the city. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. The building was quiet, had a gated courtyard entryway and felt very safe. Our bed was incredibly comfortable! Worked great for our party of 7 adults. I would stay here again.

The owners communicated promptly. The instructioms for entering was easily umderstood. The unit is much larger than expected and was clean..We felt safe (all womens trip) and there were restaurants literally less than a block that we enjoyed. Will stay again if ever in NYC!

This property is perfect for a family. 4 bed & 2 bath!! The location is exactly where we wanted to be. It’s blocks from Madison square garden! So many great things to do right out the door. Highly recommend.

Not only was the place extremely welcoming and clean, it was such a prime location! If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. Will definitely keep it as an option once again for a big group in the future. Thank you!!

Great location near MSG/Penn Station made exploring NYC easy. Bedrooms were good size and had comfortable beds. Plenty of space in living area too. While the apartment was comfortable, it is not as pictured for this listing. Host was difficult to reach due to their travel schedule. Slow response made for anxious moments re: check-in and check-out. Was willing to grant late check-out but by that was not communicated timely. Otherwise, good, clear exchanges by text.

Wow. This property exceeded every expectation I had. Location, location, location! Huge apartment with 4 bedrooms and ample entertaining space, but the highlight was the private outdoor space, it was a little oasis, in the bustle of the city. Walkable to most anything, or a quick subway or Lyft to wherever I wanted to be. Dining and shopping choices right outside the front door. Host was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about his attentiveness. This place helped make my weekend in the city with friends, a trip I will never forget! This will be my “go to” rental choice next time I’m in the city.

I had a great stay here with my sister and mom! We were able to walk to many places including our Broadway show. If you’re taking the train to Penn, this home is just a couple blocks away. All 3 of us enjoyed having our own rooms- a rarity for nyc. We’ve already told some of our friends about staying here!

Poor communication from the host during a stressful time - pushed our reservation out a day due to a plumbing issue but didn’t keep us updated along the way if it was resolved, timing, new check in expectations, etc. Also no check out insructions were sent

Although it was nice, the apartment was not the one in the pictures, a little deceiving and also was not told that it was on 2 levels. The communication with the host was not great, there were no instructions in the apartment about anything (we looked everywhere for the washer/dryer only to be told on the last day that it was in the basement of the building and you have to download an app to use it.)I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and my son has owned several, so I would suggest to the host to put written instuctions in the apartment, especially what we needed to do on check-out. It would save everyone a lot of time and texting back and forth. It was in a great location and we enjoyed our visit (mother, daughter and grandkids).
