Very lovely and relaxing place. Host thought of everything. I grew up in this area and felt like I was returning to my childhood home in that everything was thought of. Highly recommend. I will be back when I come in town to visit siblings who still live in area.

It was clean and well maintained. The host provided adequate information and was responsive to any messages I sent. The kitchen is nice. The only issue that seemed couldn’t really be helped is the parking. It is a bit tight when having to back out into traffic to get out. A place to turn around in the driveway would be great.

Family getaway

We stayed in this home during our visit to see the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. It was in a perfect location in the city, close to many sights and amenities. The home was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property. It is clean and well maintained. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and fully stocked. The layout was perfect for me! It was conveniently located with easy access to all major highways.

House was located close to the things we wanted to see on our vacation. The house was big enough for our family of 5 to stay in and the price was GREAT. House had all the appliances, dishes, and features we needed. If we visit the area again we will be booking again. I've given 5 star review because I believe it is deserved. I do have some suggestions if the owners want to improve a few things. (These are things I would look at improving if I owned it.) The driveway pad could be a little wider as its hard for a larger vehicle to park in. The ceiling in a couple rooms could use a little repair, nothing major. The outside back door has 1 window pane that needs replaced and it closes very tightly. It just needs a little shaving to fix the tightness. Overall I'm very thankful we could book this house with the room our family needed and for the Great price and location.

The house has been nicely updated, quiet, and well-stocked kitchen, and the layout is great if you are good with steep stairs. However, there was a massive roof leak in one of the upstairs bedrooms. It seems to have been leaking for while as the ceiling plaster was coming off and the ceiling below the leak showed water damage, as well. In addition, that room and the upstairs bathroom has a pretty strong mold smell. The managers of the property were responsive to the maintenance requests. Though, I was never sure who I was communicating with. It was never the owner. Repairs and maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner.

Ohio House

Check in was so easy! Stress free! I received all the instructions prior to arrival which was great. The house was spacious and so CLEAN. It was decorated to the nines! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was gracious when we asked for a wine bottle opener it was delivered within a few hours. I would stay there again with my family.

This house has a known plumbing problem that was not disclosed. The sewage odor was nauseating and while we were in the house we had to keep all of the windows open. The company that owns the property acknowledged that they were aware that this was a known issue, but they did not do anything to address the issue. They did issue a partial refund after the fact.

We drove up and saw the yard hadn’t been mowed in some time. There is a very steep incline then the unkept sidewalk that leads to the crumbling stairs. Not ideal getting in and out. We had non stop issues with the AC cooling the whole house then the hallway to the upstairs. Management gave us very obvious instructions on how AC works. They ended up sending out AC Techs who claim they swapped out the filter and closed off some vents on the main floor. we were unable to sleep up there for half our stay until the problem was somewhat fixed. The tub does not hold water and they sent us a plug that also didn’t work. We tried to get the tv setup and the internet was down. We had to do troubleshooting and ultimately the management company called the internet provider then sometime after it worked. The remote wasn’t working or needed new batteries. Beds are pretty stiff and couch isn’t the best to sleep on. Many bugs and spider webs on front porch. Back door doesn’t open so never used the back patio/sitting area. We would not recommend this stay.

The house was well appointed and just as described. The beds were very comfortable. Our only concerns were the driveway and backing out onto a very busy road. The stairs going into the house and especially the second floor were incredibly steep. Those were hard for us.
