Guests can access every space. We keep the unfinished crawlspace/basement locked but can be accessed to access the well pumps and electrical panel if needed.

We`re always approachable via the booking app or can be reached by phone at the number displayed.

We have wonderful neighbours on both sides who live here full-time.

Please respect their right to a peaceful enjoyment and respect the Quiet Hours.

Music must be brought indoors after 9pm.

Important note regarding Cancellation Policy:
3.9% of the total amount paid is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs.

Keep it clean: Clean up spills or messes as you go — especially in the kitchen.

No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or on the property.

Remove shoes indoors to help keep floors clean.

No pets allowed at this property.

🔇 Noise & Respect for Neighbors
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.

Absolutely no outdoor music, yelling, or loud noise at any time. This includes the deck, firepit, and lakeside.

Noise detectors are installed to monitor volume levels outdoors and indoors. They do not record audio

Violation of noise rules may result in a $150 fine and possible eviction without refund.

👥 Guests & Gatherings
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No outside visitors unless approved in advance.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

Maximum 4 vehicles on site as per license.

No parties or events allowed under any circumstances.

🔒 Safety & Security
Lock doors and windows when you leave.

Know where the fire extinguisher and emergency exits are.

Use appliances responsibly — reach out if unsure how anything works.

🌲 Outdoor Spaces
You’re welcome to enjoy the outdoor areas, just keep noise to a minimum and clean up after use.

No loud activity near the lake or firepit, especially during quiet hours.
