**The Space**

Enter a bright, modern living space where your whole group can gather. The open-plan first floor includes a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen ready for anything from quick breakfasts to family dinners.

Your kitchen includes:
* Stove, microwave, and refrigerator
* Coffee maker, toaster, and blender
* All essential cookware

Down the hall, the garage has been transformed into a private arcade! Challenge your family to a game of ping pong or enjoy the classic arcade games and video game consoles.

Upstairs, the loft serves as your personal home theater, complete with a large sofa, a Smart TV, and a cozy Moveteer chair for the ultimate movie night experience.

Bedroom Layout:
* **First Floor:** Bedroom 1 features a King bed and a private bathroom. A half bathroom is also available in the common area.
* **Second Floor:** Bedroom 5 offers a King bed and a private bathroom, while Bedroom 6 has a Twin and a Full bed with its own private bathroom.

Immersive Themed Bedrooms (Second Floor):
* **Harry Potter Room:** Step into the wizarding world with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a Twin trundle.
* **Star Wars Room:** Join the rebellion in a galaxy far, far away, featuring a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a Twin trundle.
* **Frozen Room:** Journey to Arendelle in this enchanting room with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed and a Twin trundle.

Step outside to your private oasis. The screened-in lanai features a beautiful pool with comfortable lounge chairs and patio furniture for relaxing in the Florida sun.

**Guest Access**

You will have exclusive access to  the entire home and all its amenities. This includes the private pool, game room, home theater, and in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. The home is located within a secure gated community, and free parking is provided.

Your vacation home is perfectly situated in the heart of Orlando's top attractions, making it the ideal base for your adventures. You are just a short drive away from the magic:
* **Walt Disney World:** 8 minutes (5.1 miles)
* **Universal Studios:** 18 minutes (18.6 miles)
* **Sea World:** 20 minutes (16.4 miles)

**Getting Around**

We recommend having a car to explore all that the Orlando area has to offer. The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 28.8 miles away. Free parking is available for your convenience at the property.

**House Rules**
* Check-in is at 4:00 PM.
* Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
* At least one guest in the booking party must be 21 years of age or older.

**Important Information**

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please note the following:
* **Linens & Towels:** We provide all linens and towels for your stay. Please note that washcloths are not included.
* **Starter Supplies:** A starter kit of essentials is provided. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
* **Pool & Spa Heat:** This service is available for an additional fee of $30 + tax per night for the entire stay. It must be requested at least 2 days before check-in. Please be aware the spa is not a separate jacuzzi or hot tub; the pool and spa are heated to the same temperature.
* **Barbecue Grill:** A grill can be rented for $65 + tax per stay, which includes a propane tank and final cleaning. This must be requested before your check-in date.
* **Baby Gear:** A Pack and Play and a high chair are available upon request.
* **Package Delivery:** Please contact us directly for instructions regarding package deliveries to the property.܏
