Great location

Although the hallway and stairs is rather unkempt, the apartment was clean and comfortable and the host was very available via the VRBO message system.

The stay was overall great! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout. The property is in a fantastic location close to everything you'd want to explore. While the shower was a bit tricky to use and some bathroom tiles were loose, these were minor issues compared to the convenience of the area. If you're looking for a prime location and are okay with a place that’s not brand new but still comfortable, this is a great option!

Cheap NY spot. Heres some tips

This is the most affordable place in Manhattan, conveniently located near Penn Station. Easy to visit all the good spots. The space comfortably accommodates up to five people. Keep the PRICE in mind when you arrive. You get what you pay for :)**Tips:** Bring your own towels! The provided towels are worn out and shed lint. Also, be sure to bring your own soaps and toiletries. I would definitely stay here again.

good stay

Very well located regarding our areas of interest (galleries in Chelsea, highline, ...).A bit noisy at night but it didn't bother us.Unpretentious flat, very clean, and very convenient for us.

Great location, accommodating host

We had a pleasant stay overall. The host was very understanding and accommodating. We accidentally broke a couple of mugs, and they were very kind about the process overall and we were only asked to leave enough cash to replace them. Communication was excellent with very quick responses, and they generously allowed us to check in early and store our luggage, which was a huge help.The place itself was generally comfortable, though there were a few things to note: the floor and some of the plastic dishes could have been cleaner, and we did find a few nails sticking out of the floor (I hammered them down myself, so hopefully that’s no longer an issue). Also, the bathroom floor tiles are coming loose, so just be careful in there.

The hallway and stairwell were dirty with literal trash. There was no light in the hallway at our door. The unit had no heat turned on upon arrival, and no information was provided about how to turn heat on. It was below freezing outside so the heat was critical. Host responded that she would check with the team about the heat. We did not hear back until the following day despite following up. We managed to figure out how to switch on radiators but one was leaking. Only one hand towel and one wash cloth was provided.
