Overall, this was a fantastic stay! The host was great - made sure the check-in process was smooth, provided tips on how to navigate the city and shared some local spots to dine at. The apartment is in a perfect location. We mostly walked as everything you could want is close by, and then just took a quick train ride for anything further away. Would absolutely stay here again!

David was excellent at staying in touch and helped a lot with advance questions I had. He answered messages promptly, with great information. The apartment was in a perfect location for us, convenient to what we needed. It is a smallish space but perfect for the two of us. Not a big kitchen but we didn’t need to use it with all the great food options in the area. Would stay there again!

Great location, the place was very clean and as advertised. Good communication from the host. Check in process included meeting someone in order get let in and get the keys, and we had a slight delay from the person we had to meet. But they were super nice, very welcoming, and it was an overall great stay. We were not able to get in early, but we were able to check out slightly late. Overall a great stay and recommended if looking to stay in midtown

Our stay was great, the apartment is so nice, it has everything you need for a family trip. Confortable, absolutely clean and practical. It’s close to the avenues that you want to go in your NY visit. Thank you David and see you next time!!

First, the apartment isn't approved for VRBO. The address is several blocks away from the unit advertised. (That's why they are so selective about who rents it)Secondly, only one key/fob is provided to share between two couples. This deemed the unit almost unusable for two elderly couples. Every other VRBO I have used had an electronic keypad for entry. That was my expectation. This needs to be disclosed at booking.We left after one night on a three night stay. I would not book this and plan to ask my Credit Card for a partial or full refund. VRBO need to do a lot more vetting to in this city and this landlord.Any two star hotel would have been a better experience.
