The open-concept main floor is designed for togetherness, featuring a welcoming kitchen, living area, and bar that flow seamlessly onto a back deck overlooking the golf course – ideal for après-ski gatherings or summer evening barbecues.
You`ll experience the best of both worlds here: the serenity of a cherished local neighborhood and easy access to world-class recreation. The peaceful Eagle-Vail community offers miles of walking trails and open spaces right outside your door, while Avon`s shops, restaurants, and entertainment are just a 5-minute drive away.
Practical amenities include a private one-car garage plus two additional parking spaces, and comfortable sleeping arrangements spread across the second and third floors. We welcome pets in our home, but kindly request that they remain on the main level during your visit.

If you must smoke during your stay, please do so outside by stepping out the front door or using the patio deck. Please dispose of all cigarette butts responsibly.
PETS. We welcome your dog family members at this pet-friendly property. To help maintain our home, we kindly ask that pets remain on the main level (a gate is provided at the stairs) and off furniture. When you`re out exploring without your pet, please keep them secure in a kennel to ensure their comfort and the property`s protection. We understand accidents can happen, but repairs for any damage will need to be charged to the guest.
PARKING. Parking is limited to designated spaces: one vehicle in the garage, and two in front of the garage - front door area. Please do not park on the street or in front of other units in the shared driveway.
QUIET HOURS. Please be respectful of our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. This helps maintain the family-friendly atmosphere of our community.
FIREPLACE: Feel free to enjoy the fireplace while you`re in the living area, but please remember to turn it off when you leave the room.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. To ensure the comfort and safety of the neighborhood, parties or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.
NO SKI GEAR INSIDE. For the protection of the floors, please remove ski boots before entering the home. A designated area is provided in the garage for storing boots and other ski or outdoor gear.
TRASH & RECYCLING. Please dispose of all trash and recycling in the designated bins located in the garage. Help us maintain cleanliness by ensuring all waste is properly sorted.
GAS GRILL. Feel free to use the grill on the back patio, but please turn off the gas off as soon as you`re done cooking. Guests will be responsible for any extra gas charges if the grill is left on.
RESPECT FOR PROPERTY. Kindly treat the property with care. Any damages or missing items will be reported, and charges may apply.

Superb stay. Communication was excellent and it was exactly as described. Some excellent unexpected touches like tasteful cabinet labels to let you know where things were, streaming services logged in for television and the gas fireplace was amazing and seemed to heat the entire house. Great stay, wonderful service and looking forward to coming back.

Very clean and well-equipped unit. Lovely, quiet neighborhood with attached garage, which was a bonus. Jason was very responsive and easy to work with. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year!

On the way to Vail from the airport, Jason called us to relay that the boiler in our planned rental went out and had to be replaced. He offered two other locations and we took one near our planned rental. It was a great choice and we were thoroughly pleased. Jason also took care of everything on short notice. The entire family enjoyed our vacation even though the snow did not cooperate. We would definitely use Jason and VRBO again. The townhouse was perfect for our large group. 5 Stars!

Beautifully appointed townhome
This rental was beautiful, very spacious bedrooms and even better than the photos. The furniture was high quality and the beds were very comfortable! This was the best stocked VRBO I’ve ever rented with many nice extras like zip locks and other kitchen amenities. Would highly recommend this property for rental!

It's just a 20-minute drive to Vail and less than 10 minutes to Beaver Creek, making it a fantastic base for skiing. Access from the highway is simple, and the quiet neighborhood offers a relaxing escape with picturesque golf course views from the back windows.Convenience and ComfortThe attached garage is a huge bonus during the winter, keeping your car snow-free and making unloading gear a breeze. Inside, the kitchen is incredibly well-stocked and was the heart of our stay. We loved gathering in the open kitchen, dining, and living area—it’s perfect for socializing. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after long days on the slopes.Exceptional HostThe host was fantastic—easy to communicate with, helpful, and attentive.
