Belle maison de campagne "rustique" env. 20 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Malaga et de Marbella, se compose d'un salon spacieux avec cheminée, coin repas et cuisine ouverte, deux chambres doubles et salle de bains familiale. Une maison d'hôtes séparée fournit la 3ème chambre double, salle de douche, et la nouvelle chambre et salle de douche pour enfants constitue la 4ème chambre.

L'accès à la grande terrasse couverte vraiment magnifique depuis la cuisine est le salon central d'été pour toute la propriété qui comprend barbie à gaz, cuisine extérieure, JACUZZI POUR ADULTES UNIQUEMENT, une table de billard et des coins salon et salle à manger (canapés) avec système de musique et ouvrir le feu de bois.

De la piscine extérieure, vue sur la vallée depuis une plateforme d'observation où vous pourrez profiter du lever ou du coucher du soleil ou simplement l'utiliser pour bronzer sur le lit double `` chill out '' avec toit, coussins marocains et rideaux d'intimité. Ou farniente avec un verre sur la balançoire pour 2.
La propriété est finie selon les normes les plus élevées et dispose de la climatisation sur des compteurs chronométrés, à un coût de 1 euro par 1. 5 heures, accès Internet (ordinateur portable / tablette requis). Dvd, système de musique, terrasse couverte, table de billard, jacuzzi (réservé aux adultes), fléchettes et piscine extérieure.

La nouvelle chambre et douche / wc pour enfants augmente l'hébergement de sorte qu'un total de 10 -12 peut être logé très confortablement mais pas totalement adapté pour 6 couples. Un mélange d'adultes et d'enfants serait de loin préférable en raison du nombre de lits simples.

Tous les draps et serviettes (y compris les serviettes de plage / piscine) sont fournis et sont inclus dans la location à la semaine.

Il y aura un dépôt de garantie remboursable de 400 £ à payer avec le solde final et avant la remise des clés et qui sera restitué au départ à condition qu'il n'y ait pas de casse ou de dommages à la propriété.

Une voiture est une nécessité absolue car la maison est située au sommet d'une montagne et avec une chaleur de 40 degrés, il est impossible de se rendre à pied au supermarché et de ramener une semaine de shopping même si la ville la plus proche n'est qu'à 8 minutes en voiture de la maison. .

The house was brilliant. Great space, lovely view, perfect pool, good kitchen, etc! The only minor is the distance to the village, city and beach and the way you have to drive to reach the house through the mountains. You need to be a good driver and without a car you can’t do anything there!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us. We do how clearly state in the property description that the house is up a mountain and that you will need a car. The property is positioned between 2 towns which are only 6 minutes either way, and the nearest beach is approx a 35 minute drive.

Our stay at the finca near Malaga was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a highlight, and the stunning views over the surrounding landscape made every moment unforgettable. The host was exceptionally friendly, always available, and provided us with fantastic tips for excursions in the area. Overall, it was a perfect stay – highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, tranquility, and genuine hospitality.

Everything was excellent. We had the most wonderful holiday in this unique house.You can tell that every detail was put there with love.Rick & Annie are wonderful hosts and every time we asked for something they immediately responded.We enjoyed our talks to the owners who provided us with useful information like good restaurants in the area.

Our holiday at the wooden chalet in the hills of Andalusia was absolutely wonderful. Nestled just 30 minutes from the beach, the chalet offered breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The pool was fantastic, providing a refreshing escape after a day exploring, and the chill area was ideal for unwinding the family. Our hosts, Annie and Rick, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. It was a truly memorable stay that combined natural beauty, comfort, and warm hospitality. We and our kids loved it and we are definitly coming back

Amazing stay in this fantastic villa. The host couldn't have been more accommodating. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos. It's an amazing space with all the amenities you could ask for. Everyone loved the pool and the outside terrace where we ate and played and danced! Fabulous!! Cannot recommend this villa and the hosts enough, Rick & Annie went above and beyond to accommodate us. 5* stay. Area amazing, plenty to do and would come back again tomorrow!!

Beautiful villa with incredible views

We have just returned from an amazing week at the villa. The villa and grounds are beautiful (the photos don’t do it justice) and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a good size and kept the children entertained for hours and we loved chilling out in the covered veranda area in the evenings. The drive up to the villa is very steep, however this was not a problem once we had got used to this and it did mean that there were incredible views from the terrace at the top. Rick and Annie were great hosts - they were really helpful and answered all of our questions. Overall a great week in a beautiful place!

We had fun at the property making the most of great weather. Rick and Annie met us a 5 min drive away and what a drive ! Maybe a 4x4 is needed ? Air in not available in one bedroom and with weather 35-40 oC not ideal . Felt right at home though and linen etc clean and fresh . Hot water for showers was erratic, and gas BBQ felt outdated and dangerous . Rick was responsive with toilet and gas cylinder issues. Unfortunately the day he went to hospital we all started to turn green in the pool including hair , bodies and clothes ? A chemical imbalance . Didn’t spoil our fun as a family 3 generations . A good size pool and lots of activities such as pool and darts at the property! Thank you and we wish you well in the future now you have decided to sell up

Perfect setting !

We are home after 9 Nights at this beautiful place with stunning views. Rick and Annie are amazing and so so helpful. When we arrived, there was a little added excitement…due to a fire on the mountain but thankfully was got under control and we were able to enjoy our holiday. Rick was brilliant and kept us informed of how the situation was going. Anything you need or any questions you have Rick and Annie are there to assist. The cabin has everything you want on a holiday, a true home from home feel. Our kids were aged 7-20 and all loved the pool day and night fun! Not to mention the darts, hot tub, outdoor dining and pool table too! The location also is fantastic 30 mins pretty much from everywhere. We had a great day out at the lake recommended by Rick and Annie… absolutely must, so beautiful. Hopefully we will return soon. 😊☀️

An absolute gem

The lodge is an absolute gem. Difficult to find but when you do it will blow your mind. You are in the campo so expect some of the campo to come and meet you. This was more than our expectations were and would book again if we need to. The facilities are spot on for a family. When the host say a car is essential, they mean a car is Essential although once ensconced in, there is enough to do for whatever length of stay you have. At night from the viewing deck, you look over the entire town of Alhaurin el Grande, and look up to see a full network of stars and watch shooting stars. Just brilliant. We went as a family including 8 and 10 year olds but also 15 and 19 years old and were not bored for one minute. Brilliant! The only negative is that not all of the bedrooms have fully functioning air con and that would have been a real plus. However it did not spoil our break. Do not think twice about booking. You will not be disappointed.

Family holiday July 2019

Just back from a week at this villa with my 2 daughters and their families- 13 in total. A bit apprehensive about it all as it was our first villa holiday but everyone absolutely loved it. It is a bit away from everywhere but we had a small car to drive to the local town of Coín for shopping- it had a Lidl and a large mercadona supermarket. We ventured into benelmadena 2 nights out of our stay using a local minibus company who were brilliant aswell. We had kids ranging from 10 to 21 and they all said it was they’re best holiday ever. Just spending time with the family around the pool during the day and lazing in the hot tub and eating from the bbq in the evening was wonderful. Having no one else around to bother you - being able to jump in the pool when you wanted - even late in the evenings -was brilliant. The WiFi helped aswell when some of them wanted to just go and sit on their phones catching up with friends. Satellite tv was great aswell. There was definitely something to keep everyone happy and rick was on hand should we need him but there were absolutely no problems while we were there. No one wanted to go home and we would love to go back - thanks rick and Annie for allowing us to spend time in your wonderful retreat.

La maison d'Annie et Rick est idéale pour se reposer : on y est au calme, avec une belle piscine, grande terrasse et une superbe vue sur les collines environnantes. La localisation permet d'accéder à Mijas, Marbella, Malaga en 30 minutes. Bref une maison et des propriétaires charmants.qui nous ont permis passer une belle quinzaine.

Annie and Rick's house is ideal for resting: it is quiet, with a beautiful swimming pool, large terrace and a superb view of the surrounding hills. The location allows access to Mijas, Marbella, Malaga in 30 minutes. In short, a charming house and owners who allowed us to spend a good fortnight. There is also a double bed with privacy curtains on the unique decking overlooking the mountain towards Mijas.
